I laid on the sofa looking up at the ceiling, a content smile on my face as I thought of random sweet memories I had of me and my platonic husband. We've been together or even known eachother only for like a few months, but we've shared so many lovely moments, that I would never want to forget.
Who would have thought we would get along so well? I mean in a matter of a few weeks we went from being friends, to being tax benefit husbands to being platonic husbands, also competely skipping the step of being fiances. Oh yeah and also within that time we got ourselves a son... yup! That really speaks a lot about how quickly we got along.
My stupid grin got even bigger at that thought, but then again I always feel happier when I thought about Ranboo. I let that happiness overtake my heart once again when another memory came into my head.

Me and Ranboo were sitting in comfortable silence. I was sitting on the sofa with Ranboo laying right beside me their eyes closed, head on my lap and my hand gently patting their hair. So in general a finally calm moment, that was very much needed. I decided to break the silence with a silly question that was for some reason lingering on my mind for a little while now.
"Hey, can I ask you something?" I said softly. Ranboo took a second before responding. Almost making me think they were already asleep. I wouldn't blame them if they were, we both aren't getting enough sleep.
"Yeah?" Ranboo said not opening their eyes. I sorted out the words in my head before speaking. Something that I unfortunately do pretty rarely.
"You know how you've been making like a lot of jewelry recently?" They only hummed in response.
"Why?" After I asked that Ranboo finally opened their eyes and looked at me raising their brow.
"...What?"
"You know... why do you make certain things the way you do? When you're wearing it it almost looks like you put a lot of random things together in hope it will look fancy or artistic or whatever..." I realized what I said and quickly added before they misunderstood me. "Not that it looks bad, the jewelry you make is really pretty, it just seems quite random sometimes. Not that it's a bad thing either just... you know..."
"Oh... um... I just like to make things that have some sort of meaning to me maybe that's why." Ranboo said starting to sit up. Now that was an answer that quite peaked my interest.
"Really?" I curiously looked at their face.
"Uh... yeah?" They said pretty unsure of themself, an awkward smile on their lips and eyes drifting off to the side.
"Well then, what does this one mean?" I asked pointing to a golden necklace with a small anchor. Ranboo's gaze followed my finger before setting on the said object.
"Um... this one is kinda stupid..." They turned they head away, putting their hand on the back of their neck, small purple blush appearing on their cheeks.
"Oh come on, now I wanna know even more! It can't be that bad!" I smirked at them, knowing full on well that now they'll feel bad if they won't tell me.
"It- It's just... with all my anxiety and overthinking, I thought I needed something to ground me, to keep me from getting lost in my thoughts. That's what it means... " They looked at me with a hopefull look in their eyes, waiting for my reaction.
"That's cute." A genuine smile made it's way on my face. I really did think it was a nice idea. Ranboo visibly relaxed at my answer and smiled too, I let myself sink into the positive feeling before another question overtook my mind.
