Manik went to Office and he missed Nandini badly. He need not come to the office the next day of the marriage itself since he was given two weeks off by Mr. Saxena to take Nandini for honeymoon. But with the happenings on their first night because of Soha's mother he failed miserably to have Nandini by his side at home and without doing anything more than just an intimate kiss out of sexual tension arising between them. They badly wanted each other right away. But seems to be out of any options atleast for now.
He knew Nandini might be feeling the same. Manik remember what Nandini said to her father today morning about their cancellation of Honeymoon on hearing which her father became worried. He thought how Nandini successfully convinced her father for good.
He feels blessed to have fallen in love with Nandini and have Nandini his wife by his side.
He sighed and called Cabir to come to his cabin.
Cabir : "Hey Manik! I do know that you have cancelled your honeymoon. But can't you just spend some time with Nandini"
Manik worriedly : " I can't Cabir. I just can't face Nandini with all the " not so family ( Soha and her mother) things "being around and carefully watching like owls us as to whether we are getting intimate or not."
Cabir chuckled.
Manik gave a thoughtful smile while Cabir wondered what is in his head now.
Manik smilingly : "But I know how to make my Nandini happy and also to fool those Khuranas."

When Manik got back at home in the evening, he was welcomed by a sight of Supriya and Soha laughing loudly on some lame jokes seated in the living room.
Manik faked a bright smile : " How are you aunty?"
Supriya : " I am feeling good Manik. But i am so sorry that I ruined your first night with Nandini"
Manik gritted his teeth but smilingly : " Don't be worried too much aunty"
Manik tiredly took his steps to go to his room.
Manik scanned his room to look for his belongings that are neatly arranged which was definitely not been his way in the past.
Manik smiled and went to refresh himself.
When he came back from the rest room, he was greeted by Nandini with a smile which is very unique for only him to have.
Nandini : " How is your work today Manik? I have been to terrace to put the clothes for dry. When I came back to Kitchen, Mom told that you came already."
Saying this she kept on continuing the arrangements of their room (doesn't matter if she for the time being stays in guest room during night).
Nandini smilingly doing her works : " How is your room Manik? I hope that I am not ruining your way of keeping things"
She said the last line worriedly fearing Manik doesn't like it.
Manik chuckled and wrapped his hands around her waist : "Nandu, how could i not like if my wife lovingly doing this for our future room. In fact, i had never ever had a way of neatly arranging things in the past"
Nandini feeling relieved turned herself to face Manik and hugged him.
Manik too tightly embraced her and thought of some things which he had planned and sought Cabir in office today to help him in executing it.
