"Here's your order, sir! Have a great day!" The barista gives me my blueberry cobbler coffee and Armin's vanilla steamed milk, along with two scones.

"Thank you," I grab them and put them in my cup holders while putting the bag of pastries on my friend's lap, "You have one too!"

I begin driving away and scoff a little. Armin glances over, holds out my scone, and raises an eyebrow. "What?"

"Ordering a vanilla-flavored steamed milk." I look both ways and give him a quick look before driving out of the Starbucks.

"Oh, I'm so sorry for not wanting a coffee at fucking 7:30- speaking of which, wanna explain to me why we're even getting coffee?"

"You object AFTER I get you something? Also, I didn't even get YOU coffee," I grab my scone from him and take a bite, then put it back down, "Sho there (so there)."

"Swallow before talking, Eren, that's gross-"

"That's what he said!"

"Alright, I'm jumping out of the car." Armin turns to his seat belt buckle.

I quickly put my hand on it. "Wait! I'm sorry!"

"You better be," Armin removes his hand, "Now, answer my question. Why did we just drive through a Starbucks this late?"

I gulp and chuckle nervously, before saying, "Well, I kinda have an idea-"

I see Armin glance at me, unamused, out of the corner of my eye. "Eren, I swear to God, if this is about that coworker of your dad's, I'm gonna-"

As he says this, I come to a break at a red light. The little jolt in the car was enough to shuffle the papers in the back, catching Armin's attention. He turns around and looks at them, then back at me. I take a glance at the light and then reach around and put the papers back into the folder, before slipping them into the bag they fell out of.

"What are those? They look important." Armin seems distracted from his original point.

I sit back up and take some sips of my coffee before answering him, "They are. My dad gave them to me and they're actually the reason why I wanted to grab some coffee-"

*BEEP!!*

I set my coffee down and start driving again, using one hand to steer and the other to flip off the asshole behind me. It's dark enough that I can see the light on my dashboard and I knew that it JUST turned green when they decided to honk at me.

"Fucking dick," I mumble under my breath and pick my coffee back up, before speaking normally again, "Anyway, my dad wanted me to drop these off because he forgot to and had an important phone call to take."

Armin giggles a little. "Eren, the errand boy is back in business, eh?"

"You know it." I roll my eyes.

"I still don't get why we needed to stop. I mean, you live right near the company so why did you need coffee? And I just needed a ride back from Jean's place, since it's still in repairs from Sasha's little...joyride."

"I still can't believe that fucking idiot allowed her ass to drive his car. Does he never hear us when we explain to her why we always say no? She's as reckless as they come." I clear my throat, bringing my head back to the topic at hand. "Yeah, I know, but I'm not going to the company. I never said THAT'S where I needed to drop it off. No, where I'm going is going to require some... energy~"

There's a few seconds of silence before Armin whispers under his breath, "Oh my God...I should've known from the second I saw your outfit. A short-sleeve tight crop-top and a skirt-"
