Next day,
At afternoon.

•Location :- Molhotra industry

Manik came out of the car this time not with attitude but a little smile on his face which was a true bliss [ A\N a true bliss for me to see him smiling 👉👈] everyone started greeting him but as always he ignored all and stand in the center of the office, everyone grab their attention to him

Manik : Hey, everybody

Everyone blend a little in the form of respect to him, he continued to speak...

Manik : So today is the day when we got our dream project, we did so many things to grab that project and today we got it, our hard work came to a end Now and I'm really thankful to each one of you so I'm gonna held one party for you all, their will be our clients and some business friends so I hope each one of you will be coming. Okay so tomorrow at 7:30pm in the office 5th floor see you there...

And he left from there to his cabin and everyone got back to their previous work

In cabin,

Manik was doing something on his Macbook when a thought clicked up his mind and he keeping his Macbook aside

Manik in mind : I didn't saw her, where is she? Is she on leave!

He called his P.A to ask and in a single ring he picked up the call,

Manik : Gaurav [ He is the same Mr kapoor and the same age of Manik ]

Gaurav : yes sir!

Manik : where are you?

Gaurav : outside of your cabin

Manik : okay come inside

And saying this he hang up the call and Gaurav entered the cabin

Gaurav : yes sir what you need

Manik : where is Ms murthy?

Gaurav : sir she is on leave today!

Manik : okay dismiss

Giving a little smile gaurav left from there, as soon Gaurav left Manik dailed Nandini's number but it was going unreachable, he was trying again and again but still the same which was making him restless so he decided to go to her and in a min he was driving the at her place

As soon he reached their, Manik opened the door and moved inside the her house in a hurry first he claimed up the stairs and got in her room but couldn't find her then he moved in living room and their he found her in a lose tee shirt along with a short white pant and a cloth covering her hair and she was standing on the stool cleaning the fan, he got a relief seeing her soon his worried expression change into a smirk

He got going toward her and "Nandini" he called her name a little loud and she turned to see but to her bad her leg slipped and she straight fall in his arms and he held her in his protective arms and here Nandani closed her eyes in fear but not feeling the ground she slowly opened her eyes to met with his eyes for a second she felt peace..!

After having a good amount of eye session Manik made her stand there was a complete awkward silence until Nandini choose to break it

Nandini : what are you doing here?

Manik : nothing just here to tell you that tomorrow is party in office at 7:30pm

Nandini : you came here just to tell this?

Manik : um haa

Nandini : aree you would have msg or call me to inform this "how stupid you are huh!"

She said those last words unaudible to him but Manik heard her mumbering something so he asked her but she refuse saying she didn't said anything ,he nodded

Manik : um are you coming tomorrow at the party?

Nandini : maybe!

Manik : hm by the way why didn't you came today?

Nandini : was cleaning the house that's the reason

Manik : Okay!! So!!!

Nandini : So???

Manik : nothing then I'm leaving!

Nandini : okay bye bye

Manik : hm

He left and Nandini continued her work..

Outside,
her house,

Manik pov.

Am I alright? Why I was worried for her.. I don't love her but why I go behind her only! Why...why I got so restless for not seeing her around me. I need to stop doing all this stuff!

He was standing at her door just then he heard door opening sound He turned around to find Nandini standing there with garbeg bag in her hands

Nandini : aree you are still here..!

Manik : I'm going now

Saying so he walked till his car and seat inside the car watching her, soon he gone from there..!

Nandini walked to the near by Dustin and throw her garbage in it and got going back, she opened her hair on the middle way of her house she was looking beautiful without any makeup on her face and open hair was cheery on top!
