Mariam---

"Y'all hurry up , i aint got all day" i picked up my keys from the table

"Okay , okay were comming down" Phonenix yelled

Quincy had invited us over for bbq at his place nothing to big just to chill so i thought i should bring the girls with me.

"You okay" phoenix smilled putting her head on Niyahs shoulder and Miya cleared her throat then pinched my thigh.

"Yeah I'm " Niyah cleared her throat and side eyed me as i countinued to drive.

It was awkward because Phoenix knew nothing about Kemar and Niyah had something going on before the incident.

We was finally at Quincys place and I helped him with the bbq since he had no idea of what he was doing.

"Were is the toilet" Phoenix came over to ask

"Upstairs on your first left"

"Thanks"

Phoenix---

I knocked on the toilet door to see if anyone was in there , and a male voice spoke out.

I hopped on one leg since i couldn't hold in my piss.

"Finally" i mummbled as he unclocked the door knob "Thanks" i walked in the toilet not bothering to look up

"Phoenix?!?"

"What?" I turnt round to see who said my name "Kemar!" I frowned

"Hey you look good" he smilled

Damn as crazy as it may sound he looked even more fine , why couldn't he just go fat or bald or just look unattractive.

I closed the door and took care of my business.

I walked out the toilet to see that he was waiting for me.

"What do you want?"I walked walked pass him

"You." I stopped walking

"Me" i smirked "well that aint going to happen" i faked smilled him

"I'm sorry. I've started to take anger management classes. I can be better" he walked up towards me

"So what does that prove , your not going to hit me again" i raised my voice

"Please"

"No. No fuck you. You made me live under your commands for 4 years and when I've tired to leave will just sweet talk me and hurt me all over again"

"I know. Im sorry"

Mariam---

I walked up to the toilet to see Phoenix having a go at Kemar.

"What the fuck. Why are you here?" I had a confused face

"Your man invited me" he raised a eyebrow , sending me a fake smile

"Dont fuck with me" i moved closer to him

"Come lets go" Phoenix grabbed my hand

We went back to the backyard.

"Guess who we saw" Phoenix sighed sitting down

"Who" Miya looked up

"Kemar stupid ass" Phoenix rolled her eyes and Niyah iched her head

"Wow" Miya mummbled and Niyah got up and walked over to Phoenix

"Phoenix i know its not the right time to tell you , but i have to tell you" Niyah started to wellup

"Not now please" i pleaded walking up to Niyah

"Foods ready" Quincy yelled

"Okay baby , I'm comming" i yelled back

"What is it" Phoenix looked confused "is it what y'all suppose to tell me before" i sighed and sat down beside her

"I'm so sorry."

"Get to the point" Phoenix raised her voice

"Its Kemar. We slept together and i got pregant and i told him i was going to tell you but he wouldn't let me so he hurt you knowing that I'll feel sorry for you and not tell you" she said fast and a tear came down her eye

"Wait. Wait" she screamed out of anger making everyone look"so your telling me you slept with my man and he got you pregnant whilst you knew me and him were in relationship" she said softly walking over to Niyah

"Y-yeah" Niyah wiped her face

"Girl why would you do that , what happened to I'll always have your back if that bastard try to touch you again , but no. You tricked me and slept with that bastard!" Phoenix pushed Niyah making her drop

"Phoenix calm down" i stood up

"FUCK NO. I HATE THIS BITCH" she started to grab Niyahs hair and started to swing for her face.

Miya and I tried to pull back Phoenix but she countinue to stamp on Niyahs face.

"AY AY" Quincy ran down pulling Phoenix of Niyah and everyone came down to the scene

"She slept with my fucking man. She lied to me. She made him hurt me" she screamed "let go of me Quincy. Please" she broke down in tears and Quincy let her go

"I'm sorry" Niyah started to cry on the floor and Phoenix spat on her

"What happened here" Kemar came over with a chicken in his hand

"How can you do this to me" Phoenix stood their helpless "Why?. I've never cheated on you , lied to you or gone behind your back. I've always been honest to you and supported you even though you have tourn me apart. But why my friend , why not a hoe, a stripper or any over person but you pick someone so close to me. Is that how you wanna do me" she broke down making me and Miya cry "is that why you hurt me throught the 4 years because to wanted to get with my friend"

"No" he walked towards Phoenix

Phoenix sighed and wiped her eyes

"Quincy I'm so sorry for messing up your bbq and everyone else im sorry i messed up your fun" she walked out

"Wait" i ran up to Phoenix

"Why didn't you tell me" she clenched her fingers. "I've been so nice to her even though she treats me like shit , and she does that to me" she walked up to the car

"I know" i hugged her tight as she began to cry on my shoulder

"Take me home please" she wiped her eyes

"Okay"

We got into the car and i drove Phoenix home and returned back to the bbq.

"Is she okay" Miya walked up towards me as i got out of my car.

"Yeah she is" i sighed walking in.

" Mariam im so sorry . You gotta talk to her for me" Niyah broke down.

"I'll try" I dapped her shoulder
