Chapter 5

-Thalia's POV-

Although the boys had slept over for the night, the went back to their hotel to shower and get dressed. Kairi expected them to be here at 5 am but they left our apartment at 4:30. It was 5am and there was still no sign of the boys so Kairi went for her usual morning run. I somehow managed to stay up the whole night. Nicole was still sleeping and she didn't have to worry about work because it was Saturday. I prepared my usual breakfast, a protein shake. I made the peaches and cream one because I haven't made it in a while. I guess the sound of the blender woke Nicole up and she emerged from the room. "Good morning, sunshine," I laughed.

"Why are you blending things at 5:30 in the morning?!" Nicole pouted.

"I'm making breakfast," I said.

"You call that breakfast?!"

"Kairi and I have been living off this in the morning and we're healthier than ever. Here, give it a try!" I said, offering her a glass. She took a sip and her eyes lit up.

"It just tastes like some really good peaches and cream oatmeal!" She poured herself another glass and chugged it down. Before she could get thirds, I stopped her.

"Hey, easy. Save some for Kai!" I said. Kairi came in and she held the door open so someone could come in."

"Look who I found while I was jogging!" said Kairi, gesturing towards the boys.

"Can we go back to sleep?" said Zayn in his tired voice.

Kairi shook her head in disagreement. Today is going to be fun. I was about to was the blender but Kairi stopped me. "Have Niall wash that," she said with a mischievous smile.

"Harry and Louis, you can clean my room as well as Kairi's," I said.

"Zayn, please clean the living room," added Kairi.

"Oh and Liam, the restroom. Niall, when you're done with the dishes, you can help Liam. Don't start cleaning the bathroom until Nicole Kairi and I have taken a shower!"

"Wow, I thought you girls would go easy on us. Oh, and I CALL THALIA'S ROOM!" exclaimed Harry.

"Well, Kairi's room should be easy!" said Louis.

"Would you girls go shower so we can start?" Liam asked with a smile. I took a shower in the bathroom connected to my room. Kairi took the shower closest to her room, and Nicole had to wait for one of us.

I brought out my outfit for the day which would be my maroon tank top with a cross, my tan jeggings, black leather jacket, my cream and red beanie, my favourtie earrings, my bracelet from my dad, and my maroon Doc. Marten's. we were going somewhere sort of chilly so I was dressing appropriately. I hopped in the shower and got ready. Kairi would probably be done first so Nicole could use her restroom. However, as I was putting on my clothes, someone knocked on my door. "Ia? Are you wearing clothes? May I come in?" asked Kai.

"Let me put on my pants.... Okay, come in," I said.

"I don't know what to wear!" exclaimed Kairi.

"Did you ask Nics to help?"

"Yeah, she got the pants and jacket down, but I don't know what top to wear!"

"Here, let Nicole shower while we look for something to wear." I walked out of my bathroom and I saw Harry fixing my desk. He was looking at my pictures and didn't notice us there. "I'll meet you in your room," I whispered to Kai.

I walked to Harry and picked up a picture of my late father. I was behind the camera in that picture. I remember that shot exactly. "This was exactly a day before he died," I said to Harry.
