Mary’s Thoughts on Lilith
Mary knew that Lilith was closed off due to her family's constant pushing for achievement, she had seen this first hand. Since Lilith got her ‘hellish’ abilities she has boxed herself in, not letting anyone in her mental fortress. Which of course was understandable, but Mary wished Lilith would open up more. She can see Lilith deal with all of her problems alone, and quite frankly, it doesn’t help her. Mary considers if Lilith will ever open up enough to love another person, and although Mary doesn’t want to seem selfish, she wishes Lilith would open up more to her.

Lilith’s Thoughts on Mary
Lilith saw Mary as a role model, she was strong and well mentally conditioned. She also admired her ability to stay strong in vulnerable situations, it was something that Lilith had been finding hard since her other-worldly adventure. After Shannon, Mary had closed herself off, yet she still seemed so stoic and put-together. Lilith wonders if Mary will ever love again after Shannon, she hopes that Mary will return her love, although that would be selfish.
