CHAPTER 5: JEALOUSY

It didn't take out too long for Echo to find out, when he found out, it was a mess.

We went back to Kamino, Echo was taken so he could get an upgrade, his cybernetic parts, got perfected and he joined our barracks, as it was supposed to happen, he hated the smell, but once you get used to it, it goes a way, kind of.

This is how Echo found out, In our barracks there's a small room, that was made by the Kaminoans so I could be there, but still around my team.

Echo got well with the team, I talked to him, all of us got okay with him.

And as we always do, Tech and I spend most of our time together in kamino, we would spend it in my room, that day we had been doing different thing in my room, we talked about books, about ships, about planets, about medical procedure that were my favorite, we planted inventions and more.

But Echo had to come inside at the worst time; Tech and I were in my bed, we were under the covers, I had a sports bra and some shorts while Tech had one of his blacks pants, we were kissing. Echo caught us and to his view it would look bad, "Audrey, have you seen Tech?" he said and when he looked up, Tech immediately covered me with his body, even if I wasn't showing anything.

"Oh, THE MAKER, YOU GUYS" Echo screamed and he went out, I sighed, and frowned remembering.

"Tech, did you not lock the door?" I looked at him, and he looked uncertain. "I forgot" he said and I looked at him tilting my head.

"You, forgetting something? That's very unlikely" I said back he raised his shoulders and I started thinking, I got a crazy idea "Are you jealous?" I suddenly asked him smirking and he looked at me.

I quickly looked through his head, "Oh, the maker, you are jealous, why would you be jealous?" I asked him frowning.

He didn't look at me, I sat in my bed and crossed my legs, he leaned his back in the wall, "I don't get why would you be jealous" I said and Tech scoffed.

He got of the bed, and went to get his shirt, I quickly jumped out of the bed and grabbed the shirt before him, "Don't you think that if I wanted to be with someone else, I would already be with him?" I told him, pulling back the shirt as he reached to grabbed it.

He rubbed his face, "I don't know Audrey, I mean there are so many people better than me, perhaps you already have your options" I could feel my eyes starting to water.

"I mean, have you looked at yourself, Audrey?" when he said that I wrapped my arms around my torso. He was insecure.

I locked the door when he went to go out.

I walked to him, and put myself between him and the door, I grabbed his face and saw his eyes were teary, "I could never be with someone else, the way I'm with you, Tech"

"I can't even think about someone else, because" my thumbs rubbed his cheeks and his hands grabbed my wrists, "Because, I love you Tech" I said it, we had never said it to each other.

He looked at me differently, "I love you, and I could never stop loving you" I said and he quickly forcefully kissed me, my back went to the door with a thud, and I kissed him back.

His lips trailed to my neck and ear, "I'm sorry" he said in between kisses, and I closed my eyes, he grabbed both my legs and wrapped them around his waist. He started moving us toward the bed.

When I felt my back on the bed, I looked at him, he grabbed my face with his hands, "I love you too, Audrey" I smiled and he continued kissing me.

The covers were on top of our naked bodies, my head was in Tech's chest and his hand was rubbing my back, I looked up at him.

"I still don't get why you were jealous of Echo" I said and Tech sighed.

"You were teaching him how to co-pilot the ship, and I started thinking that you realized you were tired of me and wanted to leave me and move on" he said, I moved myself up a little and kissed his lips.

I shooked my head, "He asked me to teach him how to copilot the ship, and I couldn't say no" I told him, and laid my head back in his chest.

"Besides, I could never stop copiloting the ship, I like our time that we spend at the cockpit" my finger trailed circles in his chest.

We stayed like that for a while, but I sighed realizing, "You know that sooner or later, we are going to have to go out there and confront Echo, right?" I said looking up at him, he nodded.

We got off the bed and grabbed our clothes, I put on some shorts and one of Tech's shirts I had in my room along with the sports bra, while Tech put on his black pants and a shirt.

Walking out the door, we only saw Echo distracted, apparently Hunter, Crosshair and Wrecker had gotten out, which they did when me and Tech were in my room.

Echo noticed us and rubbed his face, "I'm sorry, guys, about walking on you earlier" he said and we both shooked our heads, "Don't worry, we should have told you sooner" I said and Echo furrowed his eyebrows.

"Oh, I already knew about your relationship" He said and Tech and I looked at each other, "How?" Tech asked him, "It's kind of obvious" Echo said raising his shoulders.

I frowned and the door opened, it was the rest of the guys, when they saw us talking to Echo, "ohhh, it happened" Wrecker said, and Crosshair snickered.

"You walked in on them?" Hunter asked Echo and he nodded, I rolled my eyes and looked at them, "If you knew, you could have taken him with you" I said and Crosshair looked at me.

"Now where is the fun in that, Sparky" he said and I shooked my head, "Everyone has walked on you two, it's tradition" Hunter said and I scoffed. I looked at Tech and saw his face neutral.

I flicked a pillow toward the boys with my ability and they avoided it, "Well, get ready for dinner, I think it's going to be our last one on Kamino for a while" Hunter said picking the pillow from the floor.

I walked to my room and Tech walked behind me, "That was totally unnecessary" I said when the door closed, "At least now, we don't have to hide our relationship anymore form Echo" Tech said.

"Yeah, I guess, but he said he already knew... Are we that obvious?" I said and looked at him, "If he could notice then I guess we are, but now we have to get ready for dinner" he said pushing me to the bathroom.

I took a shower first and while Tech was showering I got dressed with a black dress a sweater, my high socks and my heeled boots, Tech put on his gear and we went out with the team to get dinner at the cafeteria.
