"Hey, wait up!" You exclaimed as you ran after the two boys in front of you, running as fast as your legs would take you.

They laughed and went faster, turning a corner about fifteen feet in front of you. You huffed as you made it to the corner a few seconds after them, your brow drawing together as you found the spot empty. Turning around in place and peering around the area your confusion only grew as you found no trace of your friends.

"Touya? Keigo?" You called out, the street now seeming eerily abandoned. Just as you'd begun to take a few steps backwards and the feeling of joy was starting to be replaced by fear, a hand lands on your shoulder. A shriek escapes you as you jump and turn around, finding the two you'd been searching for laughing together as they looked at you.

"You looked so scared!" The blonde giggles as he wiped tears from his eyes, holding onto the boy next to him as to not fall.

"Did not!"

"Definitely did." Touya agrees, the last of his laughter fading as he straightens himself.

Your arms cross as you pout at them, slight embarrassment pooling with the anger in your stomach. The two only grinned at you more, their wide smiles eventually making one of your own pull at the corners of your lips.

"It's not fair you guys are faster!" You complain as the three of you start walking again, you in the middle of your group.

"Wanna know how to get faster?" Touya asks. You nod eagerly, staring up at him with excitement. "Get a quirk."

"I don't need a quirk to win a race." You reply, "Anyway, your quirk doesn't make you fast."

"Cause I'm already fast."

"Only cause you're the oldest!"

"I'm faster than both of you." Keigo buts in, earning a glare from you both.

"Flying doesn't count." Touya says, the other boys wings dropping slightly at this.

"Then don't say quirks make you fast!" He responds, frown only growing when you both laugh.

To anyone else, you looked like a normal group of kids, a four, five, and six year old who should probably be with their parents walking around the streets of their hometown together. To anyone else, nothing was odd or strange about you all. But, to those who did know which happened to only be you three, you were anything but normal. You only managed to find each other at most once every month or so, though the peculiarities didn't end there. The oldest member of your group, Touya, was the son of popular pro hero Endeavor, Keigo the son of a criminal who did everything he could to keep him locked inside, and you, the orphan that lived in an alleyway some place between the other twos homes.

The group was put together merely by chance, as well as all the times you managed to meet up. You didn't quite know all the details from how Touya and Keigo met, though to you it wasn't really important. What was important, was how they'd run down the alley that you had claimed as your home and Keigo had tripped over your foot. Once discovering you they asked if you wanted to play with them and the rest is history.

"Keigo!" A woman's voice yells out, all of you stopping in your tracks as you turned around, finding his mother speed walking towards your group.

"What are you doing outside?!" She exclaims, grabbing his wrist after shoving past you and Touya as if pretending you weren't there, "Come on, your father is going to be so mad at you!"

You watched as your friend was dragged away, his head hanging low as he reluctantly went along with his mom. As the two rounded the corner he managed to give you both a wave goodbye before disappearing entirely.
