What ever gives Insanity ore it's effects it is near impossible to study, most research personal sent in to study it fall victim to its effects. I emphasize most as you know Ltcnl. Milliken survived the attack on C deck and has now fully recovered, we found that the Ltcnl is now immune to the insanity ore's effects. We currently don't know why.
