"We have news!" a doctor said.
"Your mother woke up!"
I sighed and said," You mean step mother, but yay!"
They walked me to the room and there she was again, lying down on the hospital bed.
"LAURA!" I smiled and hugged her.
She gave a weak smile and hugged me back.
"You okay?" I asked
"The question is are you okay?! You spent a night at that house!" she whispered.
I looked away.
"Savannah... What's up?"
i sighed and told her the truth.
"Well, I spent the night with Luna at our house. And she uh... She uh... got killed by Megan." i whispered.
Her eyes widened.
"LUNA WHAT?!" she screamed.
"Shh!"
I calmed her down and changed the subject.
"I mean I am okay, but I miss Luna." I said calmly.
She looked furious and I could see she wanted to smack me across the face.
i mean it wasn't my fault. It was all Megan's!

The next week
Well Laura forgot all about Luna and we were released from the hospital.
"Are you sure you want to do this?"She asked.
I sighed.
"I mean this is our house! We can't let those ghosts stop us!" I said firmly.
I parked in the driveway and bit my bottom lip.
"Savannah, I am scared. If one more thing happens, I am dead. 3 strikes and I'm out."
I acted like I didn't hear and opened the front door.
"Smells like a goat died in here!" laura said as she covered her nose.
I grabbed a febreeze can and sprayed the house.
"Better?"
"Better."
She couldn't even step foot in the house.
"Laura, no matter how many times someone hurts you. You always have to keep trying. That's the key to survival. You have to be tough and strong." I said acting as if I'm William Shakespear.
Laura nodded and came in.
I led her to her room.
She breathed in and sniffled.
"Laura, What's the matter?"
Her nose started bleeding.
"Laura?"
She looked at me. Her face was pale and her eyes were white.
"OH MY GOSH! LAURA STOP IT!"
I shook her until her eyes rolled back to Hazel.
"Don't scare me like that!"
she looked confused.
"Do you not no what happened?" I asked.
"Wait? What happened?" She asked softly.
I didn't want to scare her.
"How about we sleep in my room tonight. Right?" I said with a smile.
I layed her down on the bed.
"Sweety can you get me some water?"
I nodded and ran downstairs.
"Why is she here again?" whispered Megan.
I turned around and jumped.
Her teeth were in a Ziplock bag and her face was bloody.
I held in my scream and ran upstairs with the water.
"Here, lets just sleep." I said firmly.
I gave her the water and slept on the side of the bed, Near the lamp.
I prayed.
"Please God, Protect me and Laura. Amen." I whispered as I did the sign of the cross.
"BOOM BOOM!" A loud noise came from downstairs.
