Subject 12, 20th May, 2002. Subject has shown response to orders and seems obedient. This may be significantly easier than expected.
Subject 12, 21st May, 2002. Hydraulic weapon is undergoing construction now, Subject 12 is unaware of this but, let's be honest, he has no choice in this matter.
Subject 12, 22nd May, 2002. Hydraulic weapon has had a sever failure after testing. The weapon malfunctioned during un-applied testing. A fuel tanker caught light, as a result of the weapon's main power source bursting, and exploded but didn't cause too much damage too anything.
Subject 12, 23rd May, 2002. Whilst weapon is undergoing further research, we decided Subject 12 should undergo a combat test without the weapon. Diesel 10, another project of Boomer's, was brought in, without the claw Diesel still proved a strong match for Subject 12. Both gave each other a fair fight until Subject 12 used a set of points, the engine went across them as D10 charged him down. D10 was derailed as Subject used its tender as a blockade. This combined with the points against him, derailed and flipped D10 on his side.
Subject 12, 24th May, 2002. Subject has weapon fixed on today. The thing fitted on nicely and doesn't appear to affect the engine's maneuverability. When rotating the weapon made the tender oscillate but this was rectified after some quick fixes to the holding mechanism.
Subject 12, 25th May, 2002. Target practice underwent today, engine made quick work of some empty tankers and trucks. Mission is now operational.
