Tonight was John and Esme's wedding night and everyone was laughing and dancing, even Thomas, Esme's cousin, Natasha, was there as well and he couldn't keep his eyes off her

She was stunning, she wore a blue dress and didn't even have to try to have every man's eyes on her, with the exception of John, she was chatting and laughing with Esme and Thomas went over to ask her for a dance
"Would you like to dance miss..?"
"Natasha, and yes, I would love to." She says and takes his hand as he leads her to the dance floor, they laugh and talk the entire time, she made him smile, a genuine smile that no one's seen since before the war, Polly walked over to Esme and began talking
"She's good for him, I haven't seen him smile in years, let alone laugh."
"Natasha always knew how to brighten up anyone's day." Esme replies and walks over to John, soon Natasha gets tired so she and Thomas walk outside for a smoke
"No one's made me laugh like that in years." Natasha says
"Well, that's probably because I don't get out much." She says again and takes a drag from her cigarette
"You don't get out much?" He asks
"No not really, you seem surprised."
"Well it's kind of hard to believe, you seem like the kind of girl that's always out."
"I guess we're not all what we seem, and what about you? You seem like the ladies man."
"True." He says and they both laugh, he takes a step closer to her and brushes a piece of hair out of her face, he cups her cheek with one hand and leans down and kisses her, she kisses back and they part, he kisses her against hungrily and pushes her against the wall and grips her hip with his other hand, they break apart for air, she pushes him back slightly
"We have to go on at least a date before we go any further." She says
"Alright Mrs. Lee, I'll take you up on that offer, how about a drink at the Garrison."
"Do you take every woman to the Garrison?" She asks smiling
"No, usually to my bedroom."
"You are unbelievable Mr. Shelby." She says
"Yes, I'll go to the Garrison with you." She says
"Alright then let's go."
"Right now?" She asks
"Well you said we couldn't continue until after the first date." He says and she giggles and they head to the Garrison
