The History Of Cree
One hundred and fifty years ago the world crumbled, the illness of 2020's killed seventy-five percent of the world's population. In a matter of only a decade what was the world was no longer. Once what was the United States democracy crumbled. The countries of Canada and Mexico became a waste land. In the year 2050 a man named Alivin Richards stepped up and led the people out of chaos and created our new way of life. What was once 50 states became six areas. Naleria, Niribon, Arpun, Balu, Liobar, and Gallian.
King Richards developed a new system in which every year on December 31st, every sixteen year old from across our nation will be congregated in Gallian at the testing center. Each person will be tested and put into one of eight categories, and linked with their mates. The categories include: The Royals, Guard, Governing, Essentials, Intelligence, Merchants, laborers, and the service. King Richards chose this system to be just and fair. With this system a son of a king could test and become a merchant or the son of a person in the help class could become a Royal.
Once everyone has tested they will be placed and linked according to test results and blood sampling. Then all sixteen year olds will be transported from the testing center to a designated training or schooling facility separated throughout the entire country. After a year they have the choice of professions within their certain class, and depending on profession they go into specialized training, or they can choose to go back to their home town or take an opening in another area completely.
This system allows for anyone to be in any position, regardless of where they came from. A son from a royal could be placed as a member of the help, and a son of the help may become a royal. King Richards created a tried and true way of keeping our nation running.
King Richards also created a system of linking. Unlike during the times of The United States, there are no marriages, at sixteen while at the testing center, participants will be linked with another participant in their new class, and they will be linked for life. Determining who is linked with who is a compilation of testing of personality, biology, beliefs, genetic testing, and wants. All participants will go through genetic testing to see of any markers or abnormalities that could be passed down to the next generations.
Each person of each class receives a yearly stipend, they are given for their work for the nation. If a person would be doing more or extra for the nation they have the opportunity to receive more. This stipend allows payment for housing and payment for use of the nation's resources such as water, and power. Everyone will also receive a set amount of allotments that are to be used for food, textiles and other needs. When a linked pair would have children they will receive an extra weekly allotment of 7 per child.
The Royals- 250000 yearly Krill- no allotments needed
The Governing-150000 yearly Krill- 30 allotments per week
The Guard- 100000 yearly Krill- 26 allotments per week
The Essentials- 90000 yearly Krill -22 allotments per week
Intelligence- 68000 yearly Krill- 18 allotments per week
The Merchants-40000 yearly Krill- 14 allotments per week
The Labors- 26000 yearly Krill- 10 allotments per week
The Help- 12000 yearly Krill- 7 allotments per week
Class Breakdown
The top class is the Royals. Royals are the Rulers of our Nation. Royals are not placed every year. The last Royals placed King and Queen Anderson, were placed 29 years ago. Only two participants can be placed as Royals. In the event of the passing of our King and Queen, and the lack of new placements, the Governing will uphold the duties as a whole system for the Royals until a new King and Queen are placed. After being placed and linked by the testing center, our new royal will then be transported to the Kingdom in Balu, where they will spend the next few years learning and being mentored by our King and Queen. Upon the year the newly selected royals turn twenty , our new Royals will be appointed our New King and Queen.
The Second Class is the Governing. The Governing includes Governors of each Area. And each Governor has several lieutenants throughout their specific area that are considered the leaders of their towns. The Governing is the people's voice to the Royals. They report to the Royals on anything that's wrong or needs done. They help set the laws and govern all entities in their area. They are also in charge of deciding the punishment for most crimes. After being Linked and placed by the testing center will then be transported to Niribon to the training/schooling center. During the Three years of training/schooling they will be studying and learning their duties and more in depth of history and law. After the three years are up they will begin testing and assessments to receive their assignments.
The Third Tier is the Guard. The guard is our military, and police. There are several jobs available in the Guard. The kingdom need their guard to protect the Kingdom and the Royals. Each area needs the Guard for their police and for protecting the citizens. A portion of the guard is always ready for the unfortunate case of war. After departing the testing center they will be transported to the training center in Naleria. After One year in Naleria, the Guard can then be placed in their jobs.
The Fourth Tier is The Essentials. The essentials include our Doctors, Lawyers, our Farmers, and Public Safety. Unlike other tiers when participants receive their tier placement at the testing center, the essential placements will also get assigned to which essential placement they have been assigned. The Doctors, and Public Safety will then be transported to Arpun to complete their training and schooling for the next three years. The Lawyers will be transported to Naleria to study more about law and history and learn to work closely with the Guard. Lastly the Farmers will be transported to Northern Balu to study farming and machine equipment for two years.
The Fifth tier is Intelligence. This includes our teachers, our testing center assessors, our mentors at the designated schooling and training centers, and our security divisions. After departing the testing center they will be transported to GIllian to complete their schooling for the next three years.
The Sixth Tier is the Merchants. Our merchants include our goods suppliers and office personnel, this includes any job that is involved in selling textiles, foods, medical supplies, and leisure items. They could also be hired as office workers. Some specific jobs can include apothecaries, market workers, textile shop workers, food establishments, and also working in the allotment offices. Before departing the testing center our newly appointed merchants will go directly to the arena center and then will select the area they wish to reside in and can then go through a log of apprentice openings through our merchant classes and be placed. Once they are placed our merchants will then be sent to the selected area and work in their chosen profession learning their craft.
The Seventh Tier is the Laborers. The Laborers are our factory workers, our plumbers, electricians, distribution, Waste management, and garbage collectors. Like the merchants the laborers will follow the same process of placement.
The Eighth tier is the Help. The help is our nannies, our seamstresses, our cooks, our maids, and many other jobs. The help will follow the same placement process as the merchants and the laborers.
