The 5 Champions

The next day it was the same except we would be able to get out of class early for the naming of the champions. I was in Divinations when Professor Mcgonagol came in and said. "Students class is ending early for the naming of the champions." Everyone rushed out leaving a mess but knowing me I stay behind and help clean the room. "Deary? Why are you still here?" I look over but don't answer then she grabbed my hand and made me sit. "I'm afraid that if Cedric gets chosen he will get hurt." I started to tear up and she smiled and nodded and she said. "Did you know that my brother was the chosen champion and he was the winner. He saved my family and now look at me I have a wonderful life with my favorite student." She smiled and I giggled and she pushed me out of the door and I went downstairs but I bumped into Candy and Cedric. "Why are you guys still here?" I asked them and Candy replied. "Cedric wanted you to be there if he gets chosen." I look at him and he blushed and he grabbed my hand and I grabbed Candy's and we went to the great hall. Everyone was still talking when Professor Dumbledore says. "Everyone sit down." Everyone did but Cedric grabbed and put me on his lap and I sorta yelped. He chuckled and I blushed we were waiting while the Professor dimmed the lights. "This is the flame of glory! If chosen you stand alone." Dumbledore said as the fire erupted and a name came out. "The Durmstrang champion. Viktor Krum!" All of the Durmstrang people cheered for Viktor and I looked over and it seemed that I caught the eye for one of the Durmstrang people. I buried myself into Cedric in discomfort of this student staring at me and I guess Cedric saw and put his arms around my waist. The fire erupted and it was a gorgeous blue. "The Beauxbatons champion is. Fluer Delacure!" All the girls who didn't get chosen cried while the rest cheered for Fluer and she went over to Dumbledore and got her name. I was nervous because Hogwarts champion is next and it could be Cedric and I hope it isn't. "The Hogwarts champion is. Cedric Diggory!" I jump off his lap and we all cheered but before he went over to Dumbledore he looked at me and bent down and stole my first kiss. I kissed back and everyone wolf whistled at us and he pulled back and we smiled and he went over to Dumbledore and yelled. "If I win I will dedicate my win to Rain Weasley my girlfriend!" I froze when he said this because I never had a boyfriend and before he went into the room he winked at me and I blushed and my new friends coo'ed at me while others glared. Mostly Cho Chang since everyone knew that she had a crush on Cedric. "Finally our champions!" Before he could continue the fire erupted again and a name came out. We couldn't hear what he was saying till he blurt it out. "Harry Potter." I was so confused and I saw Harry shrink in his seat and Hagrid said. "No. It can't be no." Then Dumbledore was getting impatient and yelled out again. "HARRY POTTER!" Hermione pushed him to the room saying. "Harry. Harry go." I looked at Ron and he was glaring at Harry and when I get to the common and hit him on the head. I waited by the door and saw Cedric and I ran over to him and hugged him so very tight then I saw Harry and did the same thing. "Ced, may I speak to you in private?" Ced nodded and we went into a class room and I sat down and started. "SO you said that I was your girlfriend." His eyes widened and was about to say something but I cut him off. "I really like you Cedric and I would love to be your girlfriend." Cedric smiled and he escorted me back to my common room and he kissed me on the lips and I deepened the kiss and went to my room.
