Lost in the Hospital

The next day.....

Waking unexpectedly he then thought he had a bad dream. He didn't remember what it was but he just woke up unexpectedly as if something bad happened. Getting up he then looked around to see where he was. Looking around he notices that he was in the hospital. In the hospital clothes, he was wondering how he got here. Trying to recall what happened last night, his head hurt so much that he couldn't remember what happened.

"What happened...? ...ah!!...." He said as he rubbed his head.

"Well looks like you are up. How are you feeling?" A lady said as she was playing with her phone. "Are you okay? ". The entire time he was looking at her. Looking at her, he notices how fashionable she was. Not only that she was pretty as she had the perfect face with the perfect makeup on. With perfect eyelids, beautiful blue eyes, and luscious black hair, she was the definition of beautiful. And with perfect proportions, there was no way that anyone wouldn't be thinking of her as a model. In fact, he was thinking that she was a model. "Hello, are you just going to stare at me?"

"Oh sorry, um yes I'm doing fine thank you." He said as he realized he was staring at her for quite some time. "I don't suppose you were taking care of me during this time?"

"Of course I had to watch over you. I mean look at you." She said as she was pointing at his face. He was confused as to what she meant by that. Touching his face he felt there were bumps and some scratches here and there but he didn't think it was that bad.

"What do you mean?" He asked as he was still curious. The lady then sighs as she then took the picture of his face to show him how significant the damage was to his face. Showing the picture to him the damage to the face was a lot more devastating than felt. He had burn marks and several scars on the face it looked as though he was in a horror movie. His face was unrecognizable at all. "My face what happened to it?"

"Did you not remember...?" She said as she was looking at him. "You were in a car accident. You were driving recklessly and after crashing your car you ended up in the car." Explaining to him, he was thinking about what happened as he didn't remember what had happened last night at all. No matter what he tried to remember, he didn't recall anything at all. "By the way, the doctor was asking who are you, so can you please fill it out." She then went on to hand him a bunch of paper. Looking at it for a moment he was then puzzled.

"Uhm what do I do with this?"

"You suppose to fill it out. Duh." She said. But as he was looking at the paper again he was still puzzled as though he was looking at things that were out of his world.

"Uhm I don't know how to fill out any of this?" He said as he was looking at the paper with a rather blank face.

"What do you mean you don't know. Write your name, address, and everything else." She said.

"But what are those?" He said as he was still confused and was puzzled by it.

"What the heck are you saying?!! How do you not know those things?"

"But I don't know those things?" He was being honest. Because after thinking for quite a while he realized that there was something that was missing. He didn't know his name or any information. He was literally puzzled about who he is and doesn't know anything at all. In fact, when he woke up he still didn't know what he had been doing. Not to mention what he was doing before being here. All this was truly a mystery to him.

In the other part of the hospital, the lady was talking to her boss as she was supposed to be having a day off. But because of an unfortunate accident, there was no time for her to go home at all. Even if it was for a few hours of sleep she couldn't get that.
