Infinite space

September 2, 2091

It's been around 7 months and we still have not found a way to deactivate the Jadon belt. The only thing we found was the people who created it and why. They were scientists like us. It took forever for them to create it. To be exact, I would say 226 years. The Jadon belt is basically a boundary for us, there is no way out. It was suppose to keep us safe, but clearly, there was a way to get out and we found it. We are really close to finding out how to deactivate it, but if we can't, we must find that way out.
Later that day:
"Murph, would you come here please! It's urgent!"
I walked over to my boss. He told me about how the Jadon belt was suppose to keep us in. This must be part of the reason why we can't figure out how to deactivate it!
" I have a theory"i said.
" Tell me"
"If the Jadon belt was designed to keep us in, then that must mean that it was designed for us to not get out! There is no way you can deactivate it, the scientists that created it wanted us to be safe. They don't want us to deactivate it. The boundary was designed to hold all galaxies, planets, asteroids, comets, stars and other stuff in."
"Great thinking murph" he said.
Of course now that I found out the reason why it was taking so long, we could finally start plan B.. find the thing that led them through and get to the other side.
JANUARY 7th, 2092
I didn't tell you this, but a couple months ago, I was promoted and there letting me go up in space to be apart of the mission. How cool! They had to train me though. I never realized before, but diane really does have a tough job. You have to know how to act when something bad happens, otherwise you can die. Its a good thing I will be with others to comfort me. The mission starts in two months from now. They are already getting the spaceship prepped. I'm so nervous, but happy at the same time. I will finally get to see earth from up there with my own eyes.
