"M-mandu? Jennie... Did I hear that right?"

"Jen? Are you still there?"

"Chahee...I will just call you back. Bye" Jennie hang up the call.

"Jennie" Rosé called with a cold voice

Jennie took a deep breath before turning around to face Rosé.

"Rosé... Let me exp-"

Jennie was cut off from talking when Rosé suddenly dragged her to the living room.

They are now standing & facing each other.

"Let me ask you one more time. Did I hear it right? That you are.... mandu?"

"Rosé please le-"

"Just answer me! Yes or no?!" Rosé said raising her voice

"Y-yes" Jennie replied looking down on the floor

Suddenly, Jennie received a hard slap on her cheek.

Jennie cupped her cheek, she was expecting it.

"How dare you to come back?! How dare you lie at Jisoo?! Why are you fooling her?!" Rosé asked furiously

"I...I'm not fooling her."

Rosé chuckled sarcastically "but that's what you are doing right now. You are lying to her. All this time.... we thought that you just met each other... That's why Jisoo told us that you remind her of mandu and it was you all along...I can't believe this"

Jennie didn't speak, she's trying her best not to cry but her tears are already threatening to fall.

"Why? Why did you come back? Did you... did you forget what I have told you before? I said....don't ever come back in Jisoo's life!"

Flashback

When Jennie was informed that they will leave Korea for business, she refused to go with her parents at first but she didn't have any choice, her parents didn't let her. So she left and went to New Zealand without saying goodbye to Jisoo.

After 6 months, when she knew that her father will come back to Korea for 3 days, she didn't waste the chance to see Jisoo again.

Since the Park family was also known, she found where Jisoo lives right away. She quickly went there when they arrived.

Jennie rang the bell, she was happy that she will finally see Jisoo again but she's nervous because she doesn't know how will Jisoo react to seeing her again.

She took a deep breath when she saw someone was already opening the gate.

"How may I help you?" It was the maid who asked

"Uhh...Can I talk to Jisoo? Is she there?"

"May I ask your name miss?"

"M-mandu... Just tell her I'm mandu"

"Please wait a second" The maid went back inside the house

"Thank you"

After how many minutes.

The girl who faced Jennie was not Jisoo.

"So you're mandu? Why did you come back?"
Rosé asked coldly

"I'm sorry but... Who are you? Where's Jisoo?"

"I'm Rosé. I know Jisoo mentioned to me before"
