Began With A Meet & Greet

Chapter 5

It was 3:00 am and I couldn't sleep since I got home. I kept on thinking of what happened and tried to forget about it by eating nutella.

"Is it working" Andrea said wiping her eyes as she sat next to me on the rug.

I smiled and replied with a "no".

"How did you even-"I said before getting inturupted. "Im a girl too you know...This means there was a kiss involved" she said making a duck face.

I punched her in the arm. "Im upset you guys are leaving...it was fun having you guys around" she said with a frown.

"Yea" I replied sadly. Andrea stood up in enjoy. "Wait...all of you guys are seniors.." She said with a grin

"And?" I said waiting for her to continue. "Shaun mentioned you guys wanted to go to a college in Cali...we leave in Cali, see where I'm going with this" she said happily.

I smiled. "I doubt we'll get in" I replied. "DONT say that" she said pointing at my nose.

"College applications are due in a month...write it" she said with a glare.

I raised my hands in surrender. "What purpose does this even serve" I asked raising an eyebrow.

"You the only person I nearly made best friends with in less than 24 hours" she said.

"Or it can be because of my brother" I said making kissy faces.

She laughed and pinned me to the ground. "No but for real...besides Jenn, Arden, and Lauren...we are truly close" she added.

"It's an honor" I said bowing and giving her a hug.

"Get some sleep...you have an application to write tommorow when you leave" she said patting my back.

I nodded and headed out to the room.

We packed our stuff and took one last Celfie as a group before we left.

We gave Eachother our numbers and said Goodbye. "you better not leak that" Cameron said pointing at me.

"I will never" I said holding a hand to my chest.

Shaun gave Andrea kiss on the forehead. I made a heart with my fingers and waved it the air.

Surprisingly Skylar gave Christian a kiss on the lips. "So you guys are a thing now?" Isabelle said raising an eyebrow and smiling.

"Pretty much" he said hugging her. "Well...better get home soon, I have an essay to write."

3 months later

"What if you don't make it in" Shaun said shoving a pancake in his mouth.

"Your such a pig" I said disgusted. He shrugged. "I really want to go to UCLA" I replied.

"Why...because Cameron is going" he said drinking his milk.

"You shouldn't be talking" I said pointing a finger at him.

"What do you mean" he said raising an eyebrow.

"At first you said you wanted to be In the Army, now all of a sudden your interested in medicine" I said.

"Andrea find young doctors attractive" he said smiling.

I rolled my eyes and went downstairs to see if the letters arrive.

It was September 2 and still no letter since we've sent it in June.

"Maybe today it will arrive" I said thinking to myself.

Two letters were placed in our mailbox as I opened it. I sighed and closed my eyes as I slipped the letter out the envelope.

I quickly put it back inside and decided to give Andrea a call. "My letter arrived" I said as soon as she picked up.

"That's great" she said screaming over the phone. "Did you get in" she asked over the line.

"I haven't opened it" I said nervously. Andrea screamed "OPEN IT" and slowly but surely I did as told.

I read the first 2 words and nearly went to tears placing my head on my knees. "What happened?" I heard Andrea say before I dropped my phone on the grass.

Short Chapter but I stopped in with an ending I am looking forward to Continue.

So far the book seems a bit cliche and nothing exciting is going on so far but SOON things will get serious.

Will Hailee, Shaun, Isabelle, and Skylar get into UCLA?

Will they attend the same college as Andrea, Christian, Brent and Cameron? (Which is UCLA)
