The Wizarding World Welcomes New Minister of Magic!
It is with great pleasure and open arms that we welcome Pious Thicknesse to the office of Minister. Last night, in a daring and wildly-anticipated upheaval of power, Minister Thicknesse took over from Minister Scrimgeour.
We at the Prophet are not sad to see him go, and we know our readers will feel the same! In an address to the public this morning, Minister Thicknesse - wearing dashing charcoal robes - spoke of new beginnings.
"For too long we have lived in fear." His words captured the crowd, and bright shining eyes looked to him in hope. "
It is time we take our rightful place in this world and stop our pathetic cowering. You have been lead by weak leaders who have brought you nothing but pain and fear. But no more!"
