Things were being normal to them. Busy life and they were used to it. Mullai was mostly at home as she quit her tuition job, she only had her 9 -5 job, and then she is back home. Kathir was mostly at work and he is the head of the department now. He spends most of his time with his colleagues. So obviously he had a great bond with them.
This comes to the twist to the story. Where his friendship with his one colleague, Sadhana was getting stronger day by day. She was a sweet girl, very intellegent, most of her things reminds him of mullai. He starts to spent time with during work times. They have lunch tongether and hang out at work together.
