I was quickly walking outside of my favorite restaurant for the past 5 years, The Blue Moon Café, because I was hurrying to get to the airport. I've left LA for 5 years and I'm finally going to return. I hadn't seen my best-friend in 5 years and I've been missing her so fucking much, I couldn't wait to touch ground. I was so in my head that I didn't even see her and was too late, my whole cold and icy coffee spilt on her.
"Fuck" she said.
"I'm so so so sorry, I didn't see where I was going" I apologized.
I hurriedly got some napkins from in my purse and started dabbing and wiping her white shirt.
"Careless fucking people!!!, Do you even know how to walk?" She said and walked away.
I grabbed my suitcase and called a cab to drive me to the airport, I went straight to the toilet to change my blouse because it was a little stained and after ran to the ticket counter to check my suitcases, then went to the security screening area. I was nervous to return back to LA but I wanted to surprise my best-friend for her birthday, which is tomorrow. After I went to my flight departure gate and got just in time to start boarding the plane. My mind went back to the last time I saw my best-friend
Flashback
"Are you seriously leaving?!!!" Mazikeen came into my apartment and she was furious because I didn't tell her I was leaving. We have always traveled together ever since we came to the states and lived.
I heaved a heavy sigh, stutter and said " I I I can't stay here anymore M. You might not understand but I would hope you at least be happy for me."
She was teary eyed but I had to leave and no matter what I wouldn't, no, I couldn't stay. It was better for me.

I got to the first-class seat and sat down on the 3rd to the last isle, by the window. I got my earpads out and listen to my favorite songs. Someone sat beside me but I didn't turn around but instead look outside the window. I was just dozing off to sleep because I was so nervous/excited that I didn't even sleep a wink last night but then I heard an angry yell "It's you!!!."
