The Meet Up

                                                                         Saturday morning - 09:00

It was nine am and the two teenagers just woke up and got ready for the day ahead which Jim knew about but on the other hand Alisha did not know. By the time Jim got down it was around ten-fifteen and he came down to his mum making pancakes which is his favourite. He sat down at the dining table and his mum served him his pancakes with butter on top with his absolute favourite golden syrup. He was half way through his breakfast when Alisha arrived at the front door.

Jim sprung up and went to the door immediately. Alisha saw pancakes and she asked if she could have some and the mum said yes so the two of them ate their pancakes. They finished their breakfast and went up to his room. He locked the door and made sure nobody was listening cause what they were about to talk about was top secret and classified. And once again if it was leaked mass war would emerge between dimensions and we don't want that.

"UUUmmm... look about last night we need to talk about why we both randomly got chills and flashbacks to a year ago which coincided with the blackout. I mean that can't just be a coincidence can it? We both haven't had episodes or flashback since a year ago. I might be going crazy but this, we can't let this just slide off our backs and expect me to carry on a normal life with my girlfriend like nothing ever happened a year ago" said Jim cautiously.

"Look I agree Jim but I also had an idea to just make sure."

"What's that then?" he asked.

"We wait until it happens again and then if we get flashbacks then we will sort it out and go down our paths together this time and beat the crap out them and end this so we can enjoy our lives in peace" she said in a hopeful manner.

"Well let's at least go check the paths again until the next occurrence." Jim said.

"No, we wait it'll be better to wait in case they find out that we are at the gate" she spoke.

"I know you want this over and how annoying it is to me as well but I promise we will never be broken apart by our bond that is so strong and we will and we WILL fight them together and end this and not just for ourselves but also our friends, family, and the rest of the world. Do this for me Jim. Please, that's all I'm asking of from you."

"Fine, I love you Alisha." he said in a happy voice.

"Aw love you to J." as they hugged.

Jim showed Alisha out the house and then went to his room and started gaming while Alisha went shopping.
