"Y/n Shigaraki. What do you have to say about this situation?" A man says to me as I struggle against the cold handcuffs that hold me captive. Looking to my left to hide my face from the man, I sob. "Hey now. Try your best to cooperate. Okay? We need answers" I look up with a sniffle. "I-I.... where is Tomura?" I ask in a shaky voice. The man kneels down so he is eye to eye with me. "Ah, your brother. He is in the next room being interrogated. Now listen, Shigaraki. You were brainwashed by Tomura."
"Y-Yn... Please call me Y/n." I say looking away nervously. "Very well. I suppose you don't know my name? I haven't told you, have I?" The man says with a kind look. I shake my head looking back at him. "Ah well my name is Naomasa Tsukauchi, but please call me Mr.Tsukauchi." The man says with a smile.
"M-Mr T-Tsukauchi?" I say. Tears escaping my eyes.
"Yes, Yn?"

"Where is Tomura?"

"Y/n, I have already told you. He is being interrogated in the next room. Are you okay?" Mr. Tsukauchi says in a worried tone. "Y-yes....I....I think i'm in shock....did....did Tomura really....Oh god" I turn to the side and gag, holding back vomit. I thought it was a dream. It... It wasn't...
"Shit" He says under his breath as he gets up and unlocks the handcuffs from my hands. I fall into the ground and sob.
"Y/n... Please tell me what happened." Mr. Tsukauchi says. I look up and tell him everything that has happened. It is all a blur but I tried my best to put it all in detail.
...
"Ah I see. Listen Y/n, I have Eraserhead coming in shortly to ask you some questions. Please be cooperative." Mr. Tsukauchi says, giving me a pat on the head.
*knock knock*
A man comes in and I start to shake in fear. "Good evening eraser. She is all yours. Feel free to ask any questions necessary and do tell me your final decision after." Mr Tsukauchi says to the other man. "Just know Y/n. You are innocent in this. Do not fear." he says before shutting the door leaving me with Earaserhead.
Eraser pulled a chair to me "Sit please" he says. I do as told and sit in the metal chair. He pulls up another chair across from me and sits down as well. "Hello, My name is Shota Aizawa. Please call me Mr. Aizawa." He says holding out his hand for me to shake. I shake it nervously and say "uh... My name is Y/n Shigaraki. Please call me Y/n."
"Okay Y/n. I am in an understanding that you have nowhere to go after the incident. Am I correct?" Aizawa says, looking at a paper that is on an old clipboard. "After what Tomura did....Yes. I have nowhere to go sir." I say fiddling with my hands in a way to calm my nerves.
Aizawa writes something on his paper then asks me "What is your quirk, Y/n" I stop fiddling with my hands and look up. "My quirk is called Time pause. I can pause time for about 3 minutes tops. While the time is paused I can do anything but cause damage to others. If I hold onto a person while I use it They are paused with me. This is usually used when needing to figure out a plan mid battle. I would usually grab onto tomura and use time pause so we can strategize."
"That seems pretty useful. However It says on here you have another quirk." Aizawa says, tapping his pen to the paper.
"Oh yes! That one is called Air manipulation. I can basically manipulate air to do what I want. I can make It so I can float. I can make a bubble around someone so they have no air, making them fall unconscious from the lack of oxygen. And finally, This is what I usually use it for, I make bubbles of air around my feet or hands to make them as hard as iron so when I punch or kick something It does more damage."
"Ah I see... Your quirks seem very useful Y/n. I have a proposal for you. However It comes with some rules." Aizawas says setting his clipboard in his lap. "Huh? What is it? I already Know I will probably go to jail I get that and everything but I am confused. What do you mean sir? What do you mean by a proposal? Is it about how long I will be sentenced to jail? Is it-"
"You sure talk a lot." Aizawa says cutting me off. "Uh... sorry..." I mumble looking away. "Listen Kid. I am letting you join UA. It is to help you become a hero. Your quirks are amazing and can be put to great use." He says looking me dead in the eyes. "You... You are serious right? HOLEY SHIT DUDE THANK YOU SO MUCH I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT TO SAY OH MY GOODDDDD I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO JAIL EVEN THOUGH I DID NOTHING WRONG BUT I AM SO SO SO SO SO HAPPYYY!" I jump out of my chair and dance around the room in excitement.
"All right all right settle down." Aizawa says with a slight smile on his face. I sit back in my chair and smile happily. "You will be in my class. As for the rules. Its simple really. You will have to live in the dorms. And you will have to keep your grades up" He says grabbing his clipboard and writing on it some more. "Thank you so much Mr. Aizawa!" I say with a huge smile. Oh and one more thing Y/N." he says. " No one can know about what happened and who your family is. I know you were adopted by the shigaraki family when you were 5 but know one can know even that. For now, you will be my nephew and I will be your uncle. That is what your story will be. Tell everyone you transferred from america." "Listen carefully Y/n. You are no longer Y/n Shigaraki. You are now Y/n Aizawa."
