Soon arrived September 9th, and that meant the time to go back to Hogwarts had arrived. I was so excited to finally leave this house.
As soon as we arrived to the platform 9¾ I was extremely happy and started looking all over for Pansy. I quickly found her, she was talking to Draco and Mattheo.
I started running towards them "Guys!" I'm pretty sure they didn't hear me, so I shouted again. "GUYYYSSSSS!" And now they turned around. I opened my arms and crushed into Pansy, we both fell to the floor laughing. People were looking at us weiredly.
My parents gave me a disappointing look, but I really didn't care. Soon enough we both got up and went into the train.
Because we got there really early, we easily found a compartment just for us. As we put our trunks away, we started talking about our summer. Everything seemed just fine until Draco asked what happened to me during the Quidditch World Cup.
I kind of froze, I know they didn't care about blood purity as much as my parents but they still cared. I decided to tell the truth, there was no point in hiding it from them, they are supposed to be my friend and to support me.
"I was walking down the forest nearby when the attack happened. I started running until a masked person appeared and attacked me." I sighed, here is when the hardish part starts. "That was the last thing I remember. After that, I woke up in the Weasley house" at the name of the family, they all looked at me with wide eyes. "I know what you are thinking but don't. They took care of me and that was something not even my family cares to do. So if you want to complain about that I'll be glad to punch each and every single one of you right across the face"
They all started looking at each other, without knowing what to say. I knew they were uncomfortable with the situation and that stressed me out. I couldn't handle it anymore and decided to leave. "Ok, you know what, I'm going to leave and let you guys some time to think about it. I just hope you can come to your senses and realize they are not bad people"
With that I left the compartment and started walking to clear my mind. As I was walking I came across the trolley lady. I really wanted to buy a chocolate frog, if you know me you know that those are my favorites.
I was waiting in the line behind Cho Chang, she was a Ravenclaw in my year but we didn't really get along. Well, in fact, we have never talked to each other. She wasof popular for being pretty and I was of popular for being friends with Malfoy.
As Cho was leaving and my turn came, I saw Harry Potter peeking out of the compartment window to buy something. The trolley lady turned to me "Hello dear, can I get to you the same as always?" Every year I buy from her at least three chocolate frogs, so it became kind of my thing.
"Hello, yes please" I answered her with a huge smile, I was ecstatic to eat them. But as I was looking for my sag of galleons, I remember I left them in my truck. "Oh shit! I forgot my wallet" she gave me a look like saying I wish I could give them to you but you know I can't, so I just told her that it was ok and left.
Harry's POV
I watched as Y/N left and I bought lots of candy for me and Ron. Once I re entered the compartment I gave Ron the things I bought for him. I noticed Hermione was oddly quiet, as if she was thinking about something, so I asked her what was going on.
"Why don't you go and give Y/N one of those chocolate frogs? She forgot her money in the compartment" at this, I gave her a flat look. Why does she even care about Y/N? I thought to myself.
"No Mione, she's been awful to us our whole lives. Why should I give her a present?" I questioned.
"Just do it. You made her feel bad at the Burrow and this would be a really nice gesture" she insisted and I knew she wasn't going to back off until I did what she wanted.
At this I huffed, got up with a chocolate frog in hand and went looking for her.
I was halfway through the train corridor when I spotted her talking and laughing with Cedric Diggory. He was the Hufflepuff quidditch captain and seeker. I kind of froze when I saw them because I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to talk to her and I knew that if I interrupted her little moment with pretty boy Diggory, she was going to make me regret that later on.
I ended up walking back to my compartment and I gave the chocolate frog to some random girl I saw down the corridor, so Hermione wouldn't question me.
When I opened the compartment door I noticed Hermione was reading a book and Ron was already sleeping. I decided to eat some candies and then sleep for a while.
