Z day

Ohio here i come

The radio blared on this warm morning as the radio host began his report, I pried my eyes open and got out of my warm bed.
"Today's top report two guys were talking on a side walk as a man jumped out and bit on on the arm, the other guy reported the incident but there was no evidence so they didn't care." I poured a cup of coffee and looked out the window, the sky was darker than I thought, I heard a knock at my back door so I went and looked through the window. All I could see was a tall figure staring at me instantly I jumped in fear. I didn't know him so I grabbed a knife from the cutlery box and slowly opened the door as soon as it was half way open he burst through, he came charging at me in that moment I had to do something. So I slid out of the way and stabbed him in the brain stem, " oh god oh god oh god" I exclaimed. I Grabbed my knife and began heading to Ohio.After my incident in Washington it only got worse on my travel so far all I can see was people rioting and many more people that are trying to eat them. I find it amazing how people don't know that the end will happen very soon. Before I left Washington I visited a local gun store and got a few weapons including the circle of death ( melee, hand gun, machine gun, pepper spray and voice) so I thought I was good to go " Ohio here I come".About halfway to Ohio I saw a rusted car with one guy in it he seemed to be in his late thirties but what do I know " hello?" I questioned if he was the only one in a matter of seconds all I could hear was gun fire and pop pop pop only 1 tyre was left unpopped and I began to drift around the road. In the approaching lane a truck was coming straight towards my car, my engine began to fail as my last drift was right in front of the truck "holy crap!". Bssckk the crash force was too strong so I was knocked unconscious.
1 hour later:
I tried too find my car and get myself up but when I did I heard a crack from that point I knew my leg was broken, "damn" I yelled grasping my leg. It seemed like an eternity but I was able to stand and walk so that's what I did I walked for about 2 minutes before I collapsed again but this time I was near a house and when I looked beside it there it was Ohio. A tall man approached me " are you a corpse?"he asked quite nicely " nno I'm not" I answered he tried to help my up but it was useless so he called in his friends and carried me to hospital " thank you " I exclaimed with great joy. " I'm just going too let you know it is only a matter of time before they come " he said with great sympathy, " I know ".
