Sam sits beside Karen on the bed while she picks up Karen's head and puts it on her lap. As Vishu watched carefully the movement Sam did. Sam took the small towel and dipped it into the water and squeezed the water and put it on Karen's forehead. As Sam kept doing this for 40 minutes. Karen wasn't as heated as before. So Sam woke up Karen.
Sam- Karen can you wake up.
Karen- Ha!
Sam- Here take tylenol.

Sam- No problem. Okay now you sleep and get well okay.
