thirty-four

jay woke up with the sun rays shining on him . he managed to open his eyes and he saw jungwon standing in front of the window fixing the curtains , jungwon turned around and smiled when he saw jay .

"good morning baby" jungwon greeted

"good morning love . isnt it too early to be fixing the curtains right now ?" jay asked

"oh ? but its 1p.m." jungwon added

jay widened his eyes and checked the time on his phone . indeed . it was 1.20p.m. he sighed . he mustve been so tired that even if he went to bed early he woke up late . usually hed wake up early so it was a surprise to him and jungwon that he had just woken up at one in the afternoon . jay got up and went to the bathroom . he washed up and got ready for the day . he went to the living room and saw his friends talking to each other . jay accidentally dropped his phone and everyone looked at him

"damn my phone ." jay whispered to himself 

"someone's awake" jake teased

"shut up jake or i'll rip your hair off"

"damn , im so scared . dont hurt me mr.park" jake added

jay just sighed . he didnt mean what he said to jake . he just went to the kitchen and poured himself a glass of milk before drinking it

"youre dressed up , where are you going ?" jungwon asked

jay ignored his question and washed his glass

"im just going to take a walk around here" jay finally replied

jungwon nodded

"but i thought you said i'll have to stay with you at all times" jungwon whined making jay chuckle

"youre coming with me silly" jay replied

"lets go ?" jay asked

"you dont want me to change first ?"

"dont be silly , you look great"

jungwon nodded and the two said their byes to the others and went out . they were walking hand in hand ignoring people who were looking at them . they were happy . after walking for some time , they arrived at a field full of people . they were chattering and some were playing games . jay sat down and so did jungwon . jay breathed in the cool and refreshing air and closed his eyes while smiling

"me and my mum always came here to play ." jay sighed

"im sorry babe .." jungwon apologized

"its okay . its not your fault" jay reassured

jay sighed while getting flashbacks of him and his mum playing together

"jay-ah ! im gonna get you !!" jay's mum shouted

"you cant catch me !!" jay laughed

jay's mother managed to catch jay and carried him into the air making jay laugh . jay's mother then put him down and they both sat down

"eomma , can we come here every weekend ?" jay asked excitedly

"of course dear" jay's mother replied

"promise ?" jay asked while putting his pinky up

his mother intertwined her pinky with jay's making a promise with him . jay smiled

present

"babe ? youre crying .." jungwon said wiping away jay's tears

"she promised we'd play here every weekend ." jay said between sobs

"shh , dont cry now love . lets go home" jungwon suggested

jay just nodded and wiped his tears and they got up and walked home . the sun was hot and jungwon was wearing a cap protecting himself from the sun . jay on the other hand was holding onto jungwon's hand for support . he was dizzy . they finally reached the dorm and jay threw himself onto the sofa . he held his head and sighed . everyone looked at him worriedly .

"yo , you alright ?" sunghoon asked

"what do you think stupid ?" jay replied

"jeez , go get some rest then" sunghoon added

"wait till i get better . im gonna beat your ass up" jay said

"try me" sunghoon replied

"yah , stop fighting . jay go rest" jake said

jay just went to the room and took a quick shower before laying down on the bed and closed his eyes

headaches .
