Learning Spirit Wolf

The last thing I remember was MoonGodess saying "Now sleep children, big day tomorrow" or I think that was it. When I woke up I was in a big bed with Jace beside me. I sighed and lazily pushed myself off the bed, Jaces hand stopped me. He pulled me to his chest and inhaled my scent "Mine" he growled possessively "Not anymore" I said pushing him away. He feel on the floor with a loud 'Thud' and he groaned.

I saw his head peek up through the covers "That was totally uncalled for" he said "We'll I'm not yours anymore, buddy" I said standing off the bed, once again. As I looked around the room I noticed how nice it looked, the room walls were a baby blue. There was a desk in the corner that had a peace of paper that was glowing it read 'Good morning Lilly and Jace. I hope you slept well, this is one of my many spread out homes.'

I started reading it outloud.

"This house has a protection spell on it that doesn't allow ordinary wolves to pass through with out my permission, mine only. This is a safe house for you guys. Now Jace find out her powers and protecter her with your life she's very important. As you advance in your mission you will hear more from me -Love MoonGodess" I read, Jace walked up to me and took the note from my hand.

He read it to himself as I explored the house a little more, downstairs there was a nice dinning area. The living room was huge, I heard Jaces foot steps walk up behind me"We'll let's go find your power" he said "It's fire" I replied looking to him. I put my hand infront of him and concentrated on fire, after a minute a small flame erupted from my hand. "Wow, that's amazing" Jace said touching it "It doesn't hurt" he asked

Good question?

"Because you are my ma- I mean was my mate, it doesn't effect you" I said touching his shoulder with my flames "What do I have to do to make you take me back, I need you" he started but I quickly interrupted him "Shut it, what you did to me wasn't Kool dude. You hurt me, it made me weaker." I said I dismissed my flame and walked to the fridge. I pulled out some eggs and started making breakfast.

"You want some" I asked Jace "If you don't mind" he replied not looking to me, I walked up to him and made him look up at me. "Don't do that, it makes me feel like it was my fault. I'll always love you" he looked up at me when I said that "But it's gonna take time" I added. He nodded "Yes please make me some" he said more proudly I smiled and started making him some as well.

After breakfast we walked outside and found out we were in a wolf pack, the Alpha ran up to us. "You're Spirit Wolf right" he asked me "Yes, why do you ask" that sounded stupid coming from my mouth but I still asked anyway "Because" he looked around us and saw nobody "I'm a Spirit Wolf to, MoonGodess sent you to me so I could help you" he continued. Jace skunked his arm over my shoulder "Sorry buddy, that's my job not yours" he said snootily.

Um no way

I took his hand off me, he looked sad but soon his eye color changed to normal again. "Ok whatever, it doesn't matter the more the better. Lilly MoonGodess gave you special powers to determine Spirit Wolves, she gave you other powers you also don't know about yet. But you will learn over time. Please follow me" Alpha said. He walked us through his lands and I didn't notice one Spirit Wolf anywhere "I'm sorry you have none in your pack"

He nodded and kept going forward "I know all the Spirit Wolves died protecting the pack, that was their job. We had about 2 or 3." He finally said after a long period of silence. My turn to nod, "We'll we must be going, we have to visits every pack in the world" I said jokingly "Yes, here take this." He handed me a necklace "What's this for" I asked looking at it more closely.

It had 2 wolves in running form with a circle in the middle of them "It's basic Wolf wear, as you become more advanced it becomes more important." He explained the entire thing to me "And if you need me, call me through this. I will come, anywhere, just call" he said cracking a small smile "Thanks Blake" I said hugging him.

I heard Jace give off a low growl "Alright enough" he said growling "Hey she could kick your ass buddy, watch it" Blake hissed, I smiled and pulled away "Ok thank you so much me and Jace must be going" I said turning around on my heel.

** 2 days later**

"I hate how wolf packs are so far away from each other" I admitted putting more force on the gas. "Yea, well wolves have a low tolerance for wolves that's not in their pack. Or their mate" he said the last parts shyly "Look Jace you hurt me, you rejected me for being a Spirit Wolf" I started "But-" I cut him off again "DON'T" I hissed at him "it ticks me off you talking about it, because apparently you didn't feel it like I did" I said facing him

"Tell me"

"Jace, I felt the connection break. I couldn't hear your thoughts, your scent was so addictive but so foreign at the same time. I, its just the pain was unbearable. When I feel to the ground it was because you of all people should now how that hurt me" I sniffled a little by little the car came to a slow stop. His eyes on me didn't feel right anymore "Lilly, I don't know what came over me to say what I said but I am super sorry" he pleaded

I ignored him and flared my nostrils, I was pissed for no reason.

** Jace's p.o.v**

She put the car in park and breathed heavily again "Lilly" "DON'T" her voice came out feral, I bowed my head showing her I'm no threat. She opened the car door and shifted into her all white wolf, her shoulder blades were twitching. She started running for the forest line "Damnit Lilly" I basically yelled. I busted out the door and shifted and followed her.
