Nadia, Sara, Jared and Kaitlynn helped each other into a red velvet carriage. As they sat in, squished together, they just stared at one another. Kaitlynn and Sara were wearing blue and white decorative dressess. Nadia and Jared wore a suit, the kind that some royalty would wear. Even though they were the same, Nadia's seemed to glow, shine. "And just tell me why you're wearing that. I mean you're a girl, and you should be wearing a dress!" Kaitlynn broke out. "Well me and Jared wanted to change stuff up a bit." Nadia smiled.
The four were invited to the castle for a special meal. There were going to meet other famous knights and people who protected the land.
~~At The Castle Steps~~
"Nadia, are you sure that the queen would approve of your clothing?" Asked Sara.
Nadia crossed her arms behind her head. "She should. She the kinda women who likes un-natural, and mixed up things... unlike the boring ol' king..." Jared, Kaitlynn, and Sara stopped and turned their heads to look at her. "Im just joking guys!" Nadia laughed.
~~Inside the Castle~~
The four of them stepped inside. There were tons of people. "Woah! And these are the land's protecters!!" Sara exclaimed. The queen appeared from behind them. "Hello, sweet children!!" The four jumped up, startled. Jared turned around and realized it was the queen. "My majesty." He kneeled down, with the whole room following.
"Now, now! No need for that! We all came here to have fun, right? But i guess who guys are just loyal." The queen laughed. "N-nadia?" Said a voice in the crowd. Nadia turned around, not knowing who said it. The whole room went back to talking. And her friends socializing with the queen. She looked all ways, wondering who said it. She turned around, then heard running steps, "Is it really you?!", said the unfamiliar voice. Nadia turned back around examining the person who was running at her. She saw long black hair braided, a nice uniform. And a familiar face. "I-idiot?"
