Natalie woke up first, feeling octavios arms around her made her blush, though she didnt move, partially because she didnt want to wake him up and partially because she wanted to stay like that with him for a little while longer. it was funny how she kept telling herself she loved him as a friend, but they cuddled eachother to sleep and have spent the past four days being inseperable.

natalie hugged him slightly tighter, resting her head in his chest. octavio was awake for the past few minutes but he also decided not to move, just laying there and letting natalie cuddle him some more. they were both frightened by a knock on the door, both of them jumping up.

Natalie looked back at octavio, blushing but not saying anything, closing the door to her bedroom and walking to open her front door to see renee and pathfinder. "Hello friend! you look like trash!" natalie looked a little hurt before renee spoke up "No no, he means you look messed up, you had a lot to drink last night" She nodded "You think? my head is pounding" She lifted her hand to rub her head before noticimg how messy her hair was, she also had her makeup smeared all over her face.

"Soo, you and octane, huh? never saw that coming. what did you two lovebirds do last night?" natalie was confused before pathfinder spoke up "your hair and makeup imly that you two had se-" renee punched his arm "Path! sorry nat" Natalie looked flustered, shaking her head.

"Non! Tu n'as rien compris. Octy and i are only friends. i dont like him in that way" She looked embarasded. renee nodded "Okqy nat. We got off topic, the reasonnwe came here is to say path, ajay and i are going down to the shooting range and we're inviting you to tag along if you're interested"

Natalie nodded "I'll be there. im going to go change and shower though. i'll see you later" renee and path waved natalie goodbye before natalie went to her room to pick out some clothes. "Sorry about that octy. Im going to the shooting range later with renee, path and ajay, would you like to come along too? im sure they wouldn't mind"

Octavio put his mask on to hide his saddened expression. hearing that natalie didnt love him hurt a lot, he didnt know why. he didn't love her, she was just a good friend. "No. i don't think i'll be able to make it nat. you have fun though. i'll see you later"

Natalie looked a little confused. He sounded sad, and tired. Octavio is never either of them, hes always excitable and energetic, it worried Natalie a lot but she decided yo give him space "Okay octy. au revoir"

1:32 pm

a little while later natalie went down to the shooting range to see renee, ajay, pathfinder, kairi, alexander, revenant, ramya and gibraltar. She smiled at them, waving hello. She playfully bounced down to talk to them, some having a conversation, some sparring and some shooting at some moving targets using marksman and snipers.

Octavio was sat at elliots bar. He thought he was being pathetic, drinking at a bar at 1:30 pm because a girl didnt love him. Elliot eventually cut him off and didnt serve him any more until he explqined what happened.

"Oh come on tavio, you're a daredevil who does crazy life threatening stunts for fun, and you're on the verge of crying over a girl you've been hanging out with for only four days. dude.." octavio took off the mask covering his mouth to drink the last of his water, shaking his head. "you're so right amigo. I'll get over it."

elliot laughed, earning a glare from octavio "Sorry, sorry. i thought the great octane didnt do love" octavio looked offended "He doesnt, the great octane doesnt do love, i dont love anyone!" Elliot laughed even harder. "You're not octane you're octavio the great octane does stunts but thats just some stupid persona you have to cover up the fear that you have of, what? death? rejection? the great octane isnt afraid, loves nobody and stunts his way to victory. octavio is just as human as the rest of us, and love is a feeling we all get, you shouldnt be ashamed of it, its beautiful"
