Chapter 7

Then I look at the person's facial features.  That’s all I need to look at because I know immediately that it’s Lucifer.

“Luc.” I gasp.

“Hiya sexy miss me?” he asked as I get up.  He smirks at me; I take a step back.  “Tsk, tsk, you do realize you shouldn’t run from a predator right?” he asks as I nod.  I take another step back and wince at the pain; the second I wince Lucifer is at my side.  “What hurts?” he asks me.

“Ribs.” I gasp out.  The pain hurts so fucking much.  He blocks my view from everybody and lifts up my shirt so he can get a good look at me ribs.  He glides his fingers over my ribs as I gasp for two reasons.  One it hurt like hell, two it felt so good when he touched me. No, shame on me I shouldn't think that. Shame, shame, shame. He glides his fingers over my ribs a few more times to heal me, when he’s done he still leaves his hand on my ribs so I take a step back and put my shirt down.  He frowns at the step I took.

“Who the fuck is that?” Zane asked.  You can tell his wolf is about to take control, hell you can feel his alpha power and his anger.  I side step Lucifer and walk over to my brother, I wrap my arms around him and he wraps his arms around me.  After I know he’s calm I step out of his arms.  “Who is that?” Zane asked again as Lucifer takes a step forward with a smirk.

“Oh I’m your little sisters ex, I’m evil, and to top it all off I’m Lucifer otherwise known as-” is all he says before he got interrupted.

“The devil.” Kaden whispers.

“Yes exactly.” Lucifer says with a smirk.

“Why are you here?” Thane asked as Thare pulled me behind them.  This angered Lucifer.

“Let go of her.” He says as they shake their head no.  I walk out from behind them, in a split second Lucifer is by my side with red eyes.  I turn and look at him, I put my hand on his arm and he immediately calms down.  “I’m here because I want your sister.  I have taken an interest in her.  I want her to be mine.” He says as the whole class including me gasps.  I take a step back towards the door as his head whips toward me.  “Don’t.” he pleads.  I shake my head no then turn and run.  I ran towards the trees not caring where I was going.  No he can't want me. Why does he even want me, I so fucked up its not even funny. I ran for twenty miles before shifting into my wolf and running some more.  I run for about fifty miles in my wolf form.  I’m not caring where I’m going; not paying attention to anything.  All I know is I’m in danger because my real fur is showing.  I hear rushing water and walk over to it.  I take a drink and then lay down.  I cover my eyes with my paws.  I feel somebody pushing on the wall in my mind.  I slowly let them down

“Jas are you okay?” Xander asked through the pack link.

“Yeah I just need some time.” I say to him.  “Look, just give me a month and I will be back at the school okay.”

“No!” his voice booms through my head.

“Please Xan I just need time.” I say to him.

“Fine but you contact me or one of us every day.” He says as I smile.

“I will see you in a month my friend.” I say as I put my wall back up.  I stand up and look in the water at my reflection; I have to do a double take.  I gasp as what I saw.
