Every minute that you've been with your boyfriend, you've been profiling him. And he is a little sus. Like, when you wanted to hug or kiss him and there were other people around, he would just start talking to them and ignore you. And everytime you were with his friends he would be uncomfortable when his friends asked something about your relationship, it was like he didn't want you to say anything to them or them to ask anything about you.
So one day you decited to ask him about that.
You were in school hanging out with your boyfriend and asked him "Chad, why everytime we hang out with your friends you look uncomfortable, when i talk to them?" "Ummm, i don't feel uncomfortable it's just that.......... I......... don't want them to steal you from me." "Sure, sure." "No, no i mean it." You rolled your eyes and left.
You were walking outside and you saw Chad's friends, and they walked up to you. "Hey Y/n, how are you? Where's Chad" "i'm great thank, and he's at the school i think." "Ok cool, but ummm i just wanna tell you something." "What's up?" "Ummm we ummm paid Chad to date you." "What? Why?" "Ummm, well because he needed money and we decided to play a little game." You start to tear up, because you really liked him.
"B- but, wh- why would you do that?" "Well i mean you are kinda the nerd, the unpopular student in our class and he's like the popular and sporty one yk. So we wanted to see if you would get any popular or sum yk." After that you ran home.
You texted Chad.

You ran to your room and to your bed and started to cry your eyes out.
You've been crying for about an hour and you hear a knock on the door "Y/n, it's me Emily, can i come in?" "Yeah." She opens the door and sees you crying. "Oh, what happened? Don't tell me it was Chad." "It was. His friend offered him money to date me." "Oh honey." After she said that she hugged you.
You heard the door bell ring and Emily went to open the door and when se opened it, there was Chad. " i'm sorry, who are you?" "Umm, i'm Chad, Y/ns boyfriend." "Wait, you are the one that got paid for dating her?" "Yes, i'm sorry. I thought it was a good idea, because i got money, but then i fell for her, and my friends told me to break up with her." "So you like her, but you don't want your friend to find out that?" "Yes, it's complicated ik, but can i please see her and apologize?" "I mean i guess?" She let him in.
He walked into your room and stopped right next to your bed. You didn't see him because your head was turned to look away from him. "Hey, i'm s-" "don't even start with the apologies, i don't wanna hear it." "Listen to him Y/n please." You turned your head to look at him. "Look i know how all of this seems like, but it's not true. I mean parts of it are, but that's not the point. The point is that i love you."
There was a long silence. "What do you mean with that?" "I mean that first when they paid me to date you i didn't even know you, so i was like ok this isn't so bad. But now that i know you and i really like you, it's complicated, but i know that i messed up an i'm really sorry." "Complicated how?" "Well it's complicated, because my friends want me to break your heart and make you sad and everything, and i don't know why but they just do. But the complicated part is that i'm in love with you so it would be really hard to break your heart."
"Ok i got it, god." "Good" "but i don't think that we are gonna get back together, because of your friends." "I understand, and i respect your decision." After that he left and you cried a little but not that much.
