I rolled my eyes at the boy and continued with my math problems. The boy got out a notebook, set it down, and acted as if he were actually going to do the problems. Instead of practicing algebra, he clicked his pen, over, and over, and over, and over.
Then he cheerily began to whistle. Oh, what a happy tune it would've been if i wasn't so distracted with thinking about ways to kill him. Theres a broom over there, I could work with that. I'm sure I could borrow some chemicals from science class.
I couldn't take it anymore.
"Excuse me, could you please stop?" I asked as politely as managable.
"Well ya see barbie, Your right eye twitches when you get upset. It's quite funny to watch. But I will stop, on one condition," he stated.
"And that is?" I asked.
"You tell me your name and where your from. We haven't been introduced, although this is the second time I've seen you."
"My name is Anika Lockern," I said giving a thin lipped smile.
"Fantastic. My name is Kade Carpender, the one and only," he replied sending me a wink along with a grin. Jeez, I thought. His eyes are really blue.
Our teacher told us to stop talking, so we did. More like I did, and Kade just mumbled a bit.

At lunch while I was in line, a blonde girl bumped into me. No coordination, a special talent of mine.
"Oh my god! I'm so sorry," she said quickly.
"Its not a problem, really," i replied.
"Oh okay. Well I'm Addy, your new right?" She asked.
"Yup, I'm Anika."
"Well you can sit by me if you want," She said suggestively.
"I would love that! I've barely met anyone here," I said grinning.
She returned the smile and we walked to her table. There was a boy sitting there, with goldish blonde hair and hazel eyes.
"Anika, meet Eli, my best friend," Addy said with enthusiasm. We shook hands and smiled.
We all chatted through out lunch, and I really started to like those two. We just clicked, fit together, almost like a puzzle piece. Eli talked about his boyfriend who goes to a school across town, named Oliver. And yes, that does mean he's gay, for those haters out there. They talked about they're other friend Talia, who wasn't there because she was helping some freshman with math tutoring.
Near the end of lunch, I asked Emma and Eli if they knew Kade.
"Yes, and he's no good Anika. Trust me. Your not crushing are you?" Emma replied wiggling her eyebrows.
"No no! Of course not. I have a boyfriend back home," I replied.
"Oh! Do tell," said Eli.
"Well, his name is Josh. He's sweet and caring, and he's got blonde hair and blue eyes," I replied dreamily. "He's the sweetest guy ever."
"Oh, wow girl you got it bad." Said Eli.
"I guess," I said blushing. "Long distance has been rough so far though. We've never even been apart for a week, let alone this long."
"Well if he's as sweet and caring as you say, you'll push through it," Emma said supportively.
"Thank you Emma. Wow, I just met you guys and you're already giving me dating advice? I believe this is what fate smells like," I replied holding up my hands in a surrender.
"Oh no hun. Eli probably farted. He does that quite often, so get used to it. Gay or not he's a boy," Emma said. "And oh! His drive bys are the worst!"
Eli promptly hit her on the head with a paper he was holding and glared. Emma punched him in the arm and grinned.
"Payback is a bitch, Emma dear," Eli said. Emma just grumbled in return, and we all walked to our after lunch classes.
