Beca, Emily and Arianna were in a recording studio, ready to record Emily's song.
"I mean, we can do... Do you want it-do you. Do you feel like you wanna layer a bunch of voices?" Beca asked Emily.
"I think in the beginning it could definitely build. Um, I think it starts out light, though." Emily said.
Beca turned to Arianna, "Get your cute butt in the studio, then. Don't tell my boss that we're in here, by the way."

Arianna was nwo in the studio as she put the headphones on.
"Wow, this is the real deal." Arianna marvelled.
"Yeah, don't touch anything, Ari." Beca told her as she and Emily sat on the other side, "You're very pretty but, when you get too excited, you get very clumsy."
Arianna gave them the thumbs up.
"Great!" Emily said.
The girls spent hours in the studio, perfecting the song.

Beca's boss was now listening to the finished song.

Beca's boss turned off the music, "OK, so-so you produced this."
"Uh, yes. Emily wrote it and Arianna sang it." Beca said.
"Who's Emily and Arianna?"
"This tall drink if water right there is Emily and this cute little muffin right here is Arianna." Beca said as she gestured to the respective girls.
"Well... Um, gosh, I d-d-d I don't-I don't like it. What it is, is that I don't-I don't like it when people can do what I can do. You know, in a manner if speaking, it-it's threatening. But, uh, you-You just did it. And I-I have a f-a few notes that I assume you're open to, but this is a solid demo with, uh-with real potential. Yeah, I look, uh-I look forward to working together. It's nice to meet you, Steph and Rachel-what is it? Elizabeth and Amelia?"
"Emily and Arianna." Emily told him.
"Elizabeth and Amelia. What? Emily and Arianna."
"Thank you." Arianna thanked him.
"Thank you." Beca's boss stood up, "I gotta jump on a call." he said as he shook Arianna's hand, "Get in there. Attagirl. One of these and one of those. Good job, Reggie." he said towards Beca as he left.
"I'm Reggie." Beca whispered to Arianna and Emily.
"Oh, my God! I was so nervous." Emily ranted.
"I didn't know what to say." Arianna added.
"Oh, my God!" Emily squealed as she brought Beca and Arianna in for a hug.
