For many days and many nights my heart wandered to you, despite my many efforts to resist. I saw you only once, felt your gaze, your sweet touch and yet it seems as if I'm slipping away, unwilling to move forward. I must really be a hopeless romantic, to crave a stranger this badly. I may never see you again, and that thought alone is a reality I cannot wake up to, not in this lifetime atleast.

My life was plain, nothing out of the ordinary. I lived happily with two loving parents and my brother who stuck by me through it all. Our dynamic wasn't perfect but, that was the beauty of it.
A unique charm, a new way of life, something I'd ponder upon here and there, but why wander when all the pieces of the puzzle have been set out before you...? Well, I wish I had known the answer to that, life would have been a lot simpler.
