We finally got home and I ran upstairs and jumped on my bed, it felt so nice to finally be home after a long day. After sometime of laying there I fell asleep and was awoken by my mother calling ne downstairs, I slowly got up and walked down to the kitchen only to see my mother have several stab wonds in her chest.
Shyla's Pov
"Mom!" I ran to her lifeless body crying "Mom please, mom! Don't leave me!" I see the knife that was in her chest and took it out in anger and thow the knife at the kitchen wall.
3rd person Pov
"Hey, don't throw my knife!" Shyla quickly turns around to see a boy (he is 16 too) with light brown hair, a mask with blood on it, dark brown eyes, dark blue pants, and a gray hoodie with blood stains and fresh blood on it too.

He walked over to were knife was and grabbed it "Why are you here!" Shyla said angerly. Before she could say anything else, the knife was thown at her. She managed to dodge it but still got cut on her cheek, before she could think she jumped over her moms lifeless body and ran out the back door in the kitchen.
Shyla's Pov
I contiued to run despite my legs getting tired. I could tell he was close by the soud of his footsteps behind me, I was to scared to look back to see. I seen up ahead the forest next to the park and ran there to try and lose him. I managed to lose him, so I sat against a tree to catch my breath. About 2-3 minutes later I started to hear the crunching of leaves near me, I tried to be quit.

Shyla heard the steps getting closer. Then suddenly the phychopath jumped infront of Shyla and put the knife close to her throat, she knew there was no point in trying to escape from him. She closed her eyes with tears running down her cheeks. Then...
