and then there was pepper

NOTE PLZ READ: hey so I stopped working on this fanfic but I did have a few extra chapters I never posted so I'ma post them. Keep in mind there will be spelling errors because I never got to re read them so sorry for that but here are the other chapters

dice had been asleep all night and by this point it way 7 am. but devil was still awake. funny thing was, devil cant sleep it physically impossible. so he had been awake the whole 9 hours and spent the whole time lost in thought as he rubbed dices back. he had considered getting up and finishing paper work but he really did not want to wake up dice. devil hated to admit it but. dice was really handsome, even without makeup. after a while devil hears the office door open.

"hey! you have to knock if you come in-... oh hey pepper" devil said, at first annoyed and angry they didn't knock but calms down when he sees who it was "eyo bossy boy! I'm back from hell- wait who is dis?" she said sounding exited then curious.

devil blushes as he looks down at dice who was still in deep sleep "oh, uh. while you where gone I had hired a new guy." devil said as looked back at pepper who was now standing next to the couch "andddd you are. cuddling the new guy? you telling the truth?" pepper said as she crouched down and poked dices cheek which made him stir a bit 

"hey hey hey! stop your going to wake him" devil said as he grabs peppers hand with his tail and pushes it away. "you yelling will wake him." pepper says as she pulls away from devils grip then turns her attention back to dice. "but really, tell the truth." she says as she sits on the arm rest of the couch and devil lets out a sigh "he is a actual employee okay, he just. had a really bad day and i was comforting him and he fell asleep." devil said and pepper looked at dice again, wondering why the devil would have aloud him to sleep on him. he didn't even let any of his other employee's go in his office without him already in there.

"hmmm" pepper put a hand on her chin as she laid her head on top of devils, "is he your boyfriend or something?" she asked and devil jumps a bit.

"WHAT! no! he isn't my boyfriend I don't even like him like that!" he says before pepper puts a hand over devils mouth and shushes him, before pointing at dice who groans as he moves to get more comfy. this time grabbing devils arm and cuddles it, devil blushes bright red as pepper snickers and pulls on devils ear "you almost woke up the sleeping prince smart ass" she said before devil swatted her hand away and she giggled seeing how red his face was.

"well besides your. umm. predicament. the big man down stairs said that you had come last place in soul shipments this year" pepper said as she leaned agents devil. "yah I figured." devil said with a sigh as he pats pepper on the head. "you used to be number 1 with the soul shipments.. ya think we need to work harder in getting souls? your brothers are starting to out rank you" pepper said with a tint of worried in her voice as she thought about what might happen if devil gets to behind.

"i know pepper... he wont take you away if that's what your mainly worried about." he said as he looked at pepper who looks away "what! nahh I aint worried about that. it would be a blessing!" she said jokingly and devil rolled his eyes "haha yah 100 percent. i would be blessed if you would get out of my fur" he said with a smile as pepper thinks about it.

"huh nah you would be a wreck alone!" she said as she made her way over to the bosses desk and looks at the paper work that needed to be done. she sat down on the desk and started to sort it out. devil quickly looks down as he heard dice start to wake up. 

"hmm, what... what time is it?" dice said as he slowly sits up and looks at devil. he looks at him confused before remembering what had happened a few hours ago and gets a embarrassed look "oh- i, im so sorry sir!" dice says as he quickly gets off of devil.
