The Flirting

Sunghoon had been chosen to be the MC of an actors award show along with a younger rookie female actress, everybody had been happy and excited for him.

When it had been officially announced, Sunghoon and the actress would appear on a live broadcast, and the rest of the group had invited Nayoung over to watch the broadcast with them.

Nayoung put the passcode and stepped inside their dorm. Heeseung, and Jake had been in the kitchen making ramen.

"Hey, noona", Jake let out smiling. "Have you eaten?!", she shook her head and placed her things on the kitchen island. "Heeseung hyung is making ramen for everyone", he told her. "I'll tell the rest that you've come"

Nayoung smiled thankfully at him and moved toward her closest friend who had been reading the recipe on his phone.

"No, you shouldn't be worried", Heeseung let out and glanced at her. "And you didn't have to say anything", she exhaled and leaned against the counter. "It's only a live broadcast", he said.

"With someone that he doesn't know. It's not that I don't trust him or anything but", she sighed. "I think we have been through enough already and I'm tired", Heeseung put his phone down and turned to her.

"Everything will be alright", she sighed. Ever since she started dating Sunghoon, she had gotten even closer with Heeseung especially, he understood her worries and that eased her.

"Noona", Niki and Sunoo had entered the room. "Can you do my hair? I don't trust Sunoo hyung", Niki said.

"Yah", Sunoo protested then.

"Yeah, sure", Nayoung helped Niki, while the others had been getting the table in the living room ready.

They settled to watch the live broadcast while eating and having drinks; the show's host had been friendly with them, Sunghoon, and the young actress looked to be comfortable. They discussed ENHYPEN's next comeback, and the young actress' upcoming drama.

Everything seemed to be going great in the interview, the host commented how good they looked together to be MCs for the actors award show, and Sunghoon said he had been actually a fan of the rookie actress. He then added he would date someone like her.

Nayoung's chopsticks fell from her hand and Jay who had been next to her touched her shoulder softly and she rubbed her head exhaling, this cannot be happening. She then snatched her chopsticks and threw them at the tv.

"That went well", Heeseung said.

"YOU WOULD DATE SOMEONE LIKE HER?!", Nayoung had been throwing everything she would find in front of her at him. When Sunghoon returned to the dorm, he had to deal with his very angry girlfriend. They had been in the members' bedroom while the rest had been in the living room.

"Nayoung-ssi", Sunghoon tried speaking, but she threw someone's flip-flop at him and he dodged, "I'm not going to date her. It had been just a figure of speech"

"Yeah, now, he saved it", Jungwon said loudly and Jay motioned him to keep quiet since the members had been eavesdropping over the bedroom's door.

"You said on broadcast you would date her?!", she let out. "What's going to happen when we announce our relationship?! What her fans will say?! OR MINE?! OR YOURS?!", she yelled aloud. "Did you even think about us?!"

"I always think about us. There's not a single moment I'm not thinking about you or us", he approached her.

"Then why?! Was a cheesy line worth jeopardizing our relationship?!", she asked slowly and he had been just a step away from her.

"Listen to me", Sunghoon touched her hands, she did not walk away. "Nayoung-ssi, I love you,", she did not look at him and he cupped her face. "I'm really sorry"

"You weren't thinking about me and", she did not finish, because he kissed her, Jake covered Niki's ears.

"Hyung", Niki complained and rolled his eyes, but Nayoung pushed him away from her and slapped him hard on the cheek and Sunghoon hissed. "Go, noona!", then Niki yelled and the members instantly moved off the bedroom's door and toward the kitchen since the couple must have heard them.

"You better fix everything, Park Sunghoon", her finger pressed onto his chest. "In the next time, you're going to be overly cheesy with a girl who called you "oppa", not even your fans would be able to save you, got it?!", he smirked and grabbed her by the waist and kissed her and she let him.

"You'll stay here tonight. Go wash up", he caressed her cheeks and she nodded before heading to the bathroom.

Sunghoon walked toward the kitchen where the rest had been pretending to do something else than eavesdropping, and he sat next to Jay with a heavy sigh.

"Well done", Heeseung finally let out.

"Hyung", Jungwon told Sunghoon. "You messed up"

"I'm worried they're suspecting us", he let out. "I don't think our fans are going to understand", his hands in his pockets, and his members glanced at each other.

"Hyung, why don't you go and check on her?", Sunoo suggested and Sunghoon nodded then. "We're going to clean up, you see if she's alright"

Sunghoon thanked his members and knocked on the bathroom door before entering, she had been sitting on the floor. He instantly went to her side and pulled her up, she had been crying, he settled her onto the counter and cleaned her up.

"Hey", he cupped her face gently, she shook her head and placed her hands on his chest, not pushing him away but just grasping his shirt.

"I guess I get jealous too. I'm sorry", she said and he smirked and kissed the top of her head. "I love you", she wrapped her hands around his neck and kissed him, "So much, Hoon-ah", she muttered and kissed him more.

"Let's wash and get some sleep", she nodded to him.

Sunghoon and Nayoung stepped into the living room, they had changed and had been freshly washed while the members had already been to their bedroom to give the couple some privacy. They stayed on Heeseung's room like always, and soon after drifted to sleep in each other's arms.

Sometime early in the morning, Nayoung heard somebody leaving the guys' bedroom, heading on for the entrance hall and she went to check.

"Jay-ah", he had been dressed up and carrying a backpack. Nayoung checked her clock, it had been nearly 6 a.m. He turned around to face her. "Where are you going?!"

"I'm going to Japan for a few days to see a friend", he told her, Nayoung instantly knew who he meant.

"Tell him that I miss him", Jay only nodded and approached her and hugged her. She pressed a light kiss on his cheek. "Have a safe flight, and tell him that he'll debut soon, I'm sure of it", he nodded again.
