Element History: Water comes from Ice. Long ago some Ice Dragons learned to Change the state of their element to liquid. Generations later, the element of Water was recognized when dragons were born with it and deceloped features to match. Water dragons can breath underwater, and do not ever need to surface for air. Dragons with this element are affable and flexible.
Element affects: leaves target drenched, and at times gasping for air.
