Forest, flowers and the soft breeze cascading my face

I hit my head on a rock and that was really unpleasant

I heard heavy breathing and heavy footsteps coming in my direction

The person tripped and fell right next to me

Please don't kill me "

I heard a few more footsteps and I camouflaged the both of us and covered his mouth

I waited until the footsteps died down

" Where is he ?!!

We have to kill him or we never get the reward we were told we will get

Those gold coins have to come to us "

" This forest is filled with wild animals and those creatures

He's as good as dead "

" Let's go back and just kill a boar for good measure and get that reward"

The buff men left and I felt a few tears on my hand

He was crying

" I've only met you so I won't barge into your privacy but it seems you need a place to stay "

I'll get you into trouble

He slowly lifted his arm and felt my face

I felt a tingling feeling and then I also found out he was blind

Is that why they tried to kill him ?

I heard blind people where just as good as outcasts

They meant nothing in this kingdom

It wasn't their fault but their fate was sealed

Rescuing him from those bandits gained me a friend
