"Oh, good morning Lucifer!" you greeted the demon as soon as you saw him.

"Good morning, y/n. Are you ready yet?"

"Hm yeah, just have to make sure I have everything I'll need."

Lucifer softly nodded, walking past you.

You continued your way down the hallway, stopping in front of Mammon's room.

He's probably awake by now...

You knocked on the door, but no one answered so you decided to invite yourself in.

What the hell is this mess...? There's empty bottles all over the floor!

"Hey, Mammon! How many centuries has it been since you last cleaned your room?"

Still no answer, I see...

You found a plate in the table and placed the bread on it. Walking closer to his bed, you pulled the sheets off of him.

What the...

"Why the hell are you sleeping naked?!"

"Hmm..." he growled "You know I always sleep like this..."

He sat up on the bed, yawning, and turned his head in your direction.

"You're not Lucifer." he said, blinking.

"Oh, really? Don't tell me?!"

"Y/n?! What the heck are you doing here?!"

He hurriedly got his sheets again covering the bottom half of his body.

His cheeks were bright red with the embarrassment. And so were yours.

"You weren't in the dinning room with everyone so I came here to check on you. That's all."

"You should've knocked before entering!" he shouted.

"Oh, you're right! Why didn't I think of that? Well, maybe I did! Now get your ass dressed."

You slowly stepped away from his bed, trying not to look at his naked body.

"What are you doing?" he asked.

"Nothing! I brought you breakfast."

"Huh?"

"Hm?"

"Uhm..."

"Anyway! Hurry up! I'll wait for you outside!" you shouted, hurrying to the door.

What the heck was that?

You sat on the floor outside the door, waiting for Mammon to come out.

Why does he have to sleep that way, to begin with...

Some time later, the door opens.

You lift your head, seeing Mammon's tall figure compared to you. After looking both sides of the corridor, he frowned.

"I thought they said they'd wait for me." he muttered.

"And I did, Mr. Avatar of Greed."

"Ah, there you are." he said "It's time for class, so don't just sit there with your head in the clouds. Let's go."

You got up from the floor and you both started walking towards the main hall.

I could swear he was smiling in that moment...

When you got to the entrance hall, Mammon suddenly stopped. You turned back to face him, and got surprised when you saw him frowning.

It has been quiet ever since you had came from Mammon's bedroom, but you didn't thought something was actually bothering him.
