Roni wasn't sure how to respond. She missed Harry, but knew that being with Danny would be better for Leigh. But she didn't want to let him back into her heart. "No." She responded softly. "As in yes I want youo in my life, but no I don't need you in my life. I miss you and I know that things would be a lot easier for Leigh if we were together, but I can't let you in like that again. I want us to stay like this." She gestured between them. "Being civil, almost friends, communicating and both having time with Leigh." Danny nodded, understanding. He knew that getting Roni back after hurting her so bad was a long shot. But at least now he was back in his daughter's life. They stood in silence for a while, soaking up the fact that they would never be again. "I should get going. First day at the Grande Hotel in the morning."

"I'll get Leigh to school and everything." He suggested. It didn't make sense to wake her up and take her home, so Roni agreed it would be better to let her stay at Danny's. Also one less thing she had to do in the morning. Danny kissed her cheek on the way out of his apartment. She walked the few blocks to the bus station and boarded the one towards her apartment. The man sitting across the aisle was reading a newspaper, the front page facing Roni. The headline read that One Direction had left on a promo tour of America for a few weeks. She sighed in relief but also longing. Glad that there wouldn't be any awkward run ins anytime soon, but part of her wanted to see him again. Roni leaned her head against the cool glass of the window and waited for her stop.

Roni had been at her new job for a month and was already training for a promotion. She now was overseeing the maids. It wasn't much of a promotion but she wasn't the one cleaning rooms anymore. It was a monday after Leigh spent the weekend with Danny. After he dropped her at school she was listening to the radio. There was an announcement that One Direction was having a press confrence and the Grande Hotel. She turned her path from walking into school and quickly walked back towards the bus stop.

Harry walked out onto the small stage behind Niall. They all sat down at the table set up with five chairs and microphones. Today was they day they were announcing their world stadium tour. "Starting in April we will be going on a 6 month stadium tour around the world." After a few more statements about dates it was open for questions from the press filling the seats in front of them.

"I have a question." A small voice caught the attention of everyone.

"What's your question?" A man with a microphone held it out for Leigh to speak in as she stepped out into the aisle.

"Do you believe in second chances?"

"Let's get to some real questions." Someone from management tries to butt in.

"No, it's ok. Let her talk." Harry slowly talks into his mic.

"Do you think that if someone say they are a maid or something wasn't fully honest about who she was. Do you think they deserve a second chance?"

I actually don't have anything to say in this authors note.
