Ink's POV

The gentle alarm clock began to play. The blinds that surrounded my bedroom opened, letting in the morning sunlight. Then a female artificial intelligence voice broke the silence. Her name was Ziggy.

Ziggy: Good morning Ink. It will a beautiful day today with the temperature having a high of twenty two degrees Celsius.

I stared at the ceiling.

Me: Snooze Ziggy. I'm not in the mood.

Ziggy: I'm afraid not, Ink. There is going to be a nice show at a museum today.

A sigh escaped my mouth. I got out of bed and moved towards my window.

Me: Good morning London.

After undressing myself, I grabbed a black suit. Once I was fully dressed up, I went to my kitchen.

The television was turned on and it played the news. I made myself breakfast and a small cup of coffee. I don't normally drink tea as it was quite bland to me.

An hour had passed and I had just finished the last of my food. I sighed before standing up, tightening my tie.

Me: Time to attend a show.

(Time Skip)

I stood on the top of the museum, looking out at the city. It was so beautiful at night. People were asleep and the buildings looked like Christmas lights. Well, it was almost Christmas anyway so I wasn't far off.

Turning around, I placed my rucksack next to me. I took out a glass cutter and placed it on the window sky light. While the small device worked, I attached grappling rope to my waist so I could have an easy way to escape.

Once the cutter was finished I carefully lifted the glass and placed on the cement roof.

I took a deep breath before putting on my rucksack and beginning my descent. I didn't want to be here long. I was for one thing and only one thing. It was a rare gem and I would love having it on my shelf at home.

Although, I really wanted to steal more things as this was my rival. I owned a museum myself and this place was my competitor.

I stopped just above my target. I took a smoke bomb and pulled the pin. Smoke started to pour from the device and fill the room. This showed the lasers that projected my target.

I thought out my plan of action as I hung from the ceiling. I stood on the bulletproof casing of the gem before detaching they rope from my waist. I jumped over a laser and landed on the floor, almost touching a different one.

Releasing a breath, I slid under and hopped over everything single laser that came between me and the gem.

Finally, I stood in front of the case. I stared at the gem in all it's glory. I took off my rucksack and took out a replica and another device, an air pump.

The glass around the gem was an air lock system. I wedged a piece under the casing and pumped air. This loosened the seal of the casing.

My gloved hands lifted up the glass. Then I quickly replaced the gem with the replica. Holding the gem to the light, I admired the light that passed through it.

Me: Beautiful.

  I whispered to myself.

Error: Not as beautiful as you~

That familiar seductive American voice broke the silence which I recognized immediately.

Turning around, still making sure not to touch the lasers, I stared into the darkness. I saw the him leaning against a pillar.

  A frustrated sigh escaped me.

Me: How many times have I told you not to interrupt while I'm working, Error?

Error deactivated the lasers before walking towards me. I took a few steps, ready to escape if need be.

Error: Ink, I love you too much that I can't kill you. So... I might as well keep you from committing crimes. Return the gem and we won't have to worry about you getting into trouble.

Me: And what if I don't?

Error: Then oh well, I can't say no to you.

Error suddenly grinned as he approached me. I heavily blushed rainbow but stood my ground. I didn't like that I was hopelessly attracted to him.

I clicked my tongue before jumping up to grab my rope.

Me: I just can't trust you. You want to kill me.

I attached to myself and clicked a button to pull myself up. When I made it back to the roof, I quickly gathered my stuff.

Looking up, I jumped in fear as I saw Error standing in front of me.

Me: How did-

He interrupted me by putting his finger on my lips. He leaned in, stopping before our lips touched.

Error: If I wanted to kill you, I would have done so already.

He kissed me before suddenly disappearing. I stood still for a second. I released an angered sigh but a smile appeared on my face.

Me: ...
