everyone was busy eating the cake while you get a call from your best friend (her name is betty btw), it was very noisy so you decided to talk on the rooftop .
jimin pov-
I was searching for y/n when I saw her leaving the room talking to someone , so I decided to follow her.
y/n pov –
- On the phone –
Betty- happy birthday y/n
y/n- thank you so much betty
you hear crying in the background
y/n- is that ari ( ari is betty's 2 year old daughter)
betty- yaa she must be hungry that why she is crying. Can I call you after I fed her something
y/n – yaa sure
you said and cut the call.
You decided to stay up for little longer as you enjoyed the atmosphere.
JIMIN POV –
I saw y/n go up to the roof top so I decided to follow her, she was talking on the phone. She went to the roof top and rested her hand on the railing talking on the phone. She was looking so pretty in that red dress she was wearing , the way the wind made her hair move , everything about her was so perfect and I love her so much. She finished talking on the phone and was just enjoying the view so I decided to go and talk to her .
y/n POV-
I was leaning on the railing enjoying the view when suddenly I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist. I got startled and turned around to see Jimin looking at me with a big smile on his face. The kinda the smile where is eyes would disappear, that kinda smile that would make you want to melt in a puddle and melt your heart.
y/n- Jimin you scared me
Jimin- oops sorry , so tell me did u like the surprise?
y/n- of course I loved it! (While giving him a peck on his cheek)
Jimin-* giggled* I am sorry for not messaging you earlier I really wanted to but for the surprise to really be a surprise I couldn't .
y/n- no, no, I understand .
suddenly something popped up in your mind
playfully pushing his chest a little you spoke.
y/n – yahh.... you really didn't have to scare me like that , I was so worried about you, I actually thought u were hurt really bad.
Jimin – ohhh about that well we had to make up something to lure you here ( he said and pecked you cheek )
y/n – I rushed out of my house as soon as Jungkook called me look at how big of a mess I look. (which was obviously not true, you were actually looking pretty put together, you just wanted to hear it from his mouth)
Jimin- true u do look like you just came out of a horror movie
y/n- yaayy!!
You hit his chest playfully . he gave a quick peck on your lips
Jimin- just kidding you look gorgeous as always babe

Just then Jimin's phone rung. You quickly broke the kiss and Jimin pulled out his phone from his pocket. Jin's name appeared on the caller id.
