The windy blew in through the open window of the house. The flowing white curtains gently blew with the wind. The white fluffy clouds shielding the sun from view. Rays of sunlight streaming out from behind the clouds and in through the open, oak window with white curtains. A black, soft, fluffy cat with bright green eyes shining in the room. The cat lifted black paw and started the journey to the oak window. The black cat came to stop at the window. The cat crouched down, front legs down, back legs bent, soft tail swishing in the soft wind of Tennessee. The cat jumped up and put both front paws on the window ledge. Back legs placed on the wall underneath the window. Claws springing out of it's paws and digging into the oak wood of the window. Back legs pushing down on the wall. Tail swishing in the air. The cat lifted up it's right front paw and pulled it's body up onto the window ledge and sat down on the oak finishing. It stretched it's neck and looked down at the green front yard with the warm sun coming down and warming the land and the summer air blowing in the wind. Soft black fur blowing in the wind. Neck looking up at the rough brown colored tiles of the roof. Back legs bending, front legs down, preparing for large jump. Legs springing up, paws and claws latching onto the sandpaper like texture of the roof. Legs, paws, and claws working together to pull the rest of the cats body up and onto the roof. Black fur, legs, tail, and body now on the rough tiles of the roof. The cat relaxes it's body and sits down on the roof of the home. Tail curling and uncurling behind it. The summer sun shining down and the wind blowing. Clouds in the sky providing shade when the cover the sun.
The End.

RandomThis is a memory copy of a paper I did for English class. It's based off of a story my mom told me about our cat echo from when we lived in Tennessee. Short Story.
