Izuku is the son of the numbers one villain all for one who he never new or met before but was born with the same quirk but can also copy the quirks of others growing up people were terrified of the fact that someone can take or give quirks and he was bullied by others since he couldn't do anything about it with out getting in trouble because of his quirk being viewed as dangerous or villainous but his mother inko midoriya and his best friend katsuki bakugo stayed by him
(For context the reason why the hero association isn't trying to take or kidnap Izuku is because of the potential danger that he could destroy everyone or become a villain from them and almost the same reason why some villains aren't after him ether)
Quirks: All for one 2.0 (more evolved version it allows the user to give or take away quirks and use them as there own but izuku's version can copy quirks as well but the copying part of all for one is different from the taking part of it it's harder and takes longer to copy a quirk than to take one)
(Copy)One for all (a stock pile quirk that allows you to increase all physical abilities to a enormous scale and can be transferred has been 9 users counting izuku)
Shadow (this one allows izuku to teleport through the shadows only work when touching sold structures where the shadow is)
Remake (this is basically something like overhaul and Eri's quirk it can remake non organic materials to a different/ original state of matter)
Healing (no real drawbacks but it only works on the user)
Black whip (if emotions are not controlled then it will lose control)
Danger sense (a stabbing sensation in the head however it's only minor if further trained)
Fa Jin (allows the user to build up kinetic energy and release it in a explosive burst of speed and strength no major draw backs)
Gear shift (allows the user to slow done or speed up the rate of which things work draw back drains users stamina)
Force quirkevolution (allows for quirks to evolve at a faster pace dose not work on its self and cannot evolve the body to handle the evolution of the quirk)
