Both Arc man clashed their attacks together, creating loud thunder. Both then jumped back to gain some distance. In just a flash, John reappeared behind Jaune with Corcea Mors, ready to stabbed his son, but Jaune quickly sent a back kick to John's abdomen sending him back at bit. Jaune then send a punch, which was covered in Busoshoku Haki, but the Arc Patriarch raised the shield of Crocea Mors. It blocked the punch, but it still sent him back, hitting a tree. The crowd was watching in awe as Jaune Arc is handling himself very well against his father.
Ozpin: 'Amazing. Mr. Arc seems to have an upper hand against his father, who has years of experience with Crocea Mors. His fists are very high on offense and defense against a sharp steel blade.' He said in his head as he watches the two Arc Men fighting.
The female Arcs and Adrian can only watch the Duel between the Patriarch and the Son since once an Arc Duel has begun, no one can interfere. Watching this match is breaking their hearts since they can never chose between John or Jaune.

Like last time, it block the attack, but it still sent him back. John managed to take a glimpse a Jaune's leg, before his back hit a tree. John quickly looks up and sees Jaune, already in front of him, with his fist raised. The father quickly rolls out of the way as Jaune punched the tree, sending it back and destroying more trees.
John: "Why are your arms and legs, coated in black?" Said the Patriarch as he quickly stands up.
Jaune: "Oh this?" He said with a smirk as he raised his fist, that was coated in Busoshoku Haki. "This is something I learned myself." Lighting struck the ground and Jaune suddenly appeared in front of John. "Want a closer look?" He said with a smirk as his fist was raised.

The punch hit John, square in the face, sending his body to the walls of the Arc Mansion. His body on impact, created large cracks on the walls. Small amount of blood came out of the father's mouth since he can tell that some of his bones are broken. Jaune sent another punch to John's head, getting ready to end this fight, but John quickly parry the punch with the shield and swung his sword. Jaune's aura protect his body, but it still left a cut on his shirtless body. Jaune quickly jumped back to gain some distance and looks down to the cut on his abs. The crowd gasped in shock as they see that John actually tried to cut his own son.
