"Nattie!"
I set my jaw and started straight ahead at the whiteboard. Mr. Helms was drawing a sloppy representation of South America.
"Nattie? Hello?"
I turned to him with cold eyes.
"What, do you have a question?"
"What? No, I just-"
"That's South America!" I said in the slow voice one might use to talk to a particularily dumb child.
Aaron looked over me for a few seconds.
"What's gotten into you, Natalie?"
"I don't know, must have happened during these last four years. But you wouldn't know, now would you?"
Aaron looked at me with the expression of a kicked puppy. I almost felt guilty.
Almost.
He turned away from me, and I breathed a sigh of relief.
Meanwhile, Brazil took form on the whiteboard.
