Third person pov

Haseen got ready and drove for clinic , today she had lots of work as she would be moving to anubhav's house to treat him personally as no one could know about it , so she was going to say everyone that she is going on a vaccination .

She was sitting in her cabin think about all these when her chain of thoughts was broken by her assistant informing about her patient's arrival
And she said her assistant to let that person in

Here anubhav was planning something so that he could get rid of him being controlled by the psychologist as it would be the least person he wanted to meet on this earth and decides drive towards the clinic and meet her .

Haseen was in the middle of the section with her patient where she was trying to hypnotize the person by her words just to make the person believe in her , meanwhile anubhav enters in her cabin with a bang she was startled by it for a moment and got over it but the patient was very disturbed by his actions " I need you to just sign on this paper and State that I am perfectly fine " anubhav said
" I am sorry I am in the middle of a section so can u please wait outside " haseena replied him calmly to which anubhav starts yelling at her for not listening to his order and to whom she was taking to but she totally ignored him which made him more angry , she continues with the section and anubhav throws the paper and left the place. 

Later in the evening haseena finished her work and assigned an well-known friend of her who is a psychologist to work in her clinic and treat her patient's in her absence . She reached home and walked towards her ammi's room she went inside and saw her ammi sitting in the balcony she went and sat beside her and said ,
Haseena - " ammi ham kam se thoda break lena chahate hai aur thoda samay appne liye dena chahate hai , isse liye hum ne socha ki kuch din keliye bahar jaa ke aate hai to aap apna khayal rakhna aur time se khana aur dawai bhi le lena ham ne aap ke liye ek caretaker bhi rakha hai woh aati hi hogi , aur aap ghar se bhar nahi jaayenge agar zarurat padi tho laksh ko kehe dena . ab aap aaram kijiye ham packing karke nikalte hai "

She reached at anubhav's house and rang the bell and here karishma opened the door and Haseena asked weather anubhav was there at home to which she replied no and haseena asked karishma " aap hame andar nahi bulayegi " and karishma welcomed her but she was confused about the girl in front of her who asked about her brother and had suitcase in her had , who is she ?
Her chain of thoughts were broken by haseena as she introduced herself   "hello karishma Singh I am Haseena Malik a psychologist who is here to treat anubhav and I am going to stay with you people from now now
"Mujhe laga sirf mujhe pata tha par ab lagta hai pure duniya ko pata chala gaya ki mera bhai pagal hai " said karishma to which haseena laughed .

Karishma showed her the house and and took her to the guest room they both sat on the bed and haseena said
" Kamara tho bahut accha hai " and karishma said  " yeh tho Kushi ki baat hai ki aap ko kamara accha laga " and even after refusing karishma helped haseena arranging her closet and essential things in her room .

Karishma and haseena were in the kitchen preparing for dinner while karishma asked about her family to which haseena replied saying that is stayed with her mother and her father was no more and later haseena asked about her family and karishma replies saying they lost there mother and father while they were serving to the country . though haseena knew few basic things about them she pretended to hear it for the first time.
While having dinner karishma said
" Ab main akele nahi sadu ge iss ghar me , ab hum dono milke anubhav ka band bajaenge ".
